J’ai pu voir travailler l’équipe de toitures Lapointe à plusieurs reprise. Ce sont des couvreurs expérimentés qui savent très bien ce qu’il font. Les spécialistes des toitures de bardeaux sans aucun doute!

Très satisfaite. Un ami entrepreneur de Québec m'a dit que vos prix sont très bons. Il se demandait si vous vous déplacez pour plusieurs toitures d'immeubles à logement. J'ai une amie qui a fait faire sa toiture en bardeau pour $14 000 la semaine dernière et elle a magasiné! Moi en élastomère pour $12 400 en avril 21. Faut dire que vous n'avez pas eu de parties à remplacer. Très satisfaite du résultat. Hâte de voir si pas de glaçons cet hiver.

J ai fais réparer mon toit de cabanon parce qu une branche avais percé le toit ( trou de 4po ) le gars est venu évaluer la job et m as dit ça va te coûter 300$ je me suis dit, ça dois être une pas pire job....ça pris 20 min ????? Ayoye 20 min 300$, jugé par vous même. Pour répondre à votre commentaire, vous avez utilisé 10 bardeaux, une ptite feuille de métal 12 x12 pouces.... j ai fourni la planche de bois. Cé comme si vous avez travaillé a 600$ de heure. Ben oui....

Tout est parfait, du début à la fin! De la soumission jusqu'à la fin des travaux. Installation plus tôt que prévue. Plus rapide qu'imaginer. Ils font attention à votre propriété. Tout est clean au départ. Chapeau la gang!

Very unpleasant experience. Claude Lapointe Who is in charge of sales is a very nice man who goes into great detail about everything and makes you feel comfortable about dealing with them. Unfortunately that where it ends. I was given a date of October 8th for installation. I was prepared and ready for the 8th when they called on a Tuesday night and asked if they could pass on Thursday since their Thursday appointment was cancelled b/c they didn't pass credit. No problem I can accommodate your request. Great Thursday 7am they told me. Thursday rolls around and they show up at 6:40am. We're in the middle of getting our kids ready for school and they are hounding us to move or cars. We're leaving at 7, just wait I asked. At 7, as we were leaving he then told me they wouldn't be able to do the roof because the hydro lines are too close to the house. By eye anyone could see they were way over the required minimum of 3m so there shouldn't be any problems I told them. He disagreed and said I had to contact Hydro Quebec myself. Frustrated and in a rush I left. I called hydro and took an appointment for them to come and check. On Saturday I called Toiture Lapointe to let them know Hydro would pass by and I would be in touch. This morning (Monday) I get a call from Johane Lapointe saying that they will no longer honor their contract with me because they said I was uncooperative with the installers. Here are the reasons I'm upset. I) I was nice enough to accommodate the change of installation date. 2) I was told to expect them at 7 am and was given no prior instructions to prepare for their arrival. 3) The installers hounding me before 7am to move my cars. 4) Hydro Quebec passed by and confirmed that the wires were we'll within the minium requirements. So in the end the only real reason he didn't continue with the roof that morning is because he was acting like a spoiled little kid who didn't like the client who is paying him almost 10k BTW to tell him to wait 20 min before they can start. I do not recommend this company ?

Competitive price, although I cannot comment on the quality of the work yet. The pros: - Dates were mostly respected. Start of the work was shifted by a day but we were notified well ahead of time of this change. - Work was finished as per schedule. No delays and no surprises or hidden costs. The cons: - Cleanup was subpar. Plastic and nails were not completely removed. - Flowerbed was used as a walkway despite of several attempts to talk to the workers. Common sense was obviously absent. - To wrap it all up, a fine gentleman from the installation crew left a garbage bag in our recycling bin with what appears to be non-recyclable material, along with a decomposing gift. No attempt was made to identify the source of the nauseous smell.
