I visited this store twice in a month. Amine provided me with top quality service. He knows is products and his extremely professional. I would definitely be going back to this location for future purchases!

I bought a "magnetic vent mount" for my iPhone on June 13 in "La Source Laval" on Robert Bourassa Blvd. and came back the 15th because the box was open and it was not working properly, they sold me a previously return item (box open). I was referred to the Manager Fred and he pulls out the policy book because I did not have my bill. Fred the manager told me, without looking at me in the eyes, that he couldn't do anything for me because I didn't have the invoice, and email or a picture of the invoice. I was asking for an exchange, not a reimbursement and i show him that it was passed on my credit card, he says company policy; you should have asked for an email confirmation (was never offer on the 13th when I bought the item). I should have bought the magnetic vent mount at Canadian Tire or Walmart and it would have been fixed in 2 minutes. The Manager Fred was not empathic at all and more like "too bad I need the two numbers that are on your bill to be able to activated the exchange on La Source system, without the 2 numbers from your bill our system can't do anything for you, company policy in the book. $34.48 lost is not a big deal plus the gas and time to go there again because la source sold me a damage good. My recommendations to La Source CEO •Trained your manager to be emphatic and have a customer service focus to the client (I am nice Fred was very bad) •Get better computer software to retrace bill if client lose their bill •Make sure your staffs explains to the client that the system cannot work for replacement without the bill and offer the email when you sell the item •Maybe these policies need to be review to compete with other retailers like Canadian Tire or Walmart. Recommendation from my wife You shouldn't never go there again

i was at la source in laval at 5485 Boulevard Robert-Bourassa today looking for a specific product and was pleasantly surprised with the incredible service by one of their floor specialists by the Name Elizabeth.what a professional and friendly service from Miss Elizabeth.Very Knowledgeable in the products she sells ,very helpful and all that with a Smile .
