â â â â â I booked a test drive for the IONIQ 5, got a call and an email confirming my appointment for the test drive. As we got there some guy name Francis asked what can I do for you. Simply said Iâm here for my test drive, straight away he said WHAT TEST DRIVE in a very unpleasant way, and saying no you need to book an appointment and many other excuses, then turned his back and left. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER.

â â â â â The service department kept us waiting for 2.5 hours after our appointment time, and then they up-charged a simple oil change to âentretien Aâ. A $225 bill became $450. Never again, you canât trust this service department to be honest.

â â â â â Maybe its covid or maybe times have changed of when sales reps wpuld come greet you even outside.
Was looking at cars outside and must've been there for about an hour and never got greeted.
Was interested in a couple cars but i just left. (Saw a few times people look at me from the inside and i even waved and still no one came out.) Guess they weren't in the need of selling a car of since the place was closing in 3 hours they didn't want to start a sale.
Oh well. Their loss. Ill keep looking.
Place seemed nice however. Cars outside looked decent and most of them have prices on them so theres no useless back and forth of "how much is this one?, how much that one? Whats the specs? Km?" Etc.

But the service was at 8/10! Nice people working there!

â â â â â They have a really nice team, everyone was so nice. I went to a few dealership before coming to Hyundai, and M.Fontilus was the nicest and the most professional dealership I had. He didn't force nor push me to get a car unlike some dealership I had in other places. He gave me every information I need, re-explain patiently since it was going to be my first car, so I had a lots of questions. He didn't hide any information, he went straight to the point.
I was unprepared for the insurance, but Kimberly help me out, find the best deal for me, give me future tips, etc. She was so patient with me and my dad. Thank you.
I'm really grateful, they have an amazing and kind team that care for you. I think after having such nice experience, I'm totally in fan of Hyundai thanks to them and I'm most likely just going to get my future car with them. Thank you for the whole team! Keep up the good work!
