I recently purchased a used car there, and I had a very smooth and easy experience from shopping for the car to finalizing the papers and then getting it serviced for a small couple of things. What mattered the most was my experience with Peter Bakos, who is in charge of selling used cars. Unlike most car salesmen out there, especially used car salesmen, what I liked about Peter is the fact that he is very straightforward and honest, he saves you time by not playing cheap sales techniques on you and gives you all the details straight. He feels very trustworthy and I thought I wanted to buy my car from Honda Gabriel because of Peter, if he found me the right car. Eventually I found the right one at a very good price, and did not hesitate to buy it the right moment Peter helped me check it. Also my experience with Pierro in financing was really good. About one month after buying the car, I had a few minor things I needed them to look at and had the car serviced. Lucie at the service dept was very helpful and kind. I hope that my experience with Honda Gabriel will stay this way...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this dealership for an engine oil change. They made a mistake on the computer and changed the transmission oil. They wanted me to pay for it and for the oil change.. on top of that i have to wait an extra hour cause "they are working on other cars".
That guy dany nardi doesnt seem to care at all.
"What do you want me to say?! Mistakes happen and you'll have to change your transmission oil eventually!!" That eventually is like in 80 000kms.
Passive agressive customer service.
NEVER AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know when you’re standing there for 5 minutes within a few feet of 3 salespeople not serving clients and you’re ignored... and then you leave because you’re annoyed...? And then a few hours later spend 20K on a Honda Civic in an Acura dealership...Customer service starts right there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a brand new Honda Odyssey from them. Was sold a lemon. Team did little to help me get a replacement except offer to sell me a new car with no special “lemon” rebate. Basically, the wanted to just sell me a new car the same way they would sell a new car for anyone else. Dissatisfied and disappointed.
