Warm welcome and a lot of respect. Very courteous staff. I didn't give 5 stars until I was freezing in the courtesy car they gave me.

Étant donné des nombreux bons avis sur Google, je m’attendais à recevoir un bon service. Lorsque j’arrive sur les lieux , l’employé assigné à faire mon estimation ne se présente même pas à moi. Me dit juste de le suivre en nommant la marque de mon auto . Il regarde ma voiture pendant 15 sec et dit que cela va coûter en haut de 2000 $ pour deux creux. Il me dit qu’il faut tout changer pour deux creux. Il avait l’air pressé quand je lui posais des questions et en tout le rdv a duré 2 min. J’ai fait appel à un autre garage et j’ai eu le même service qu’il me proposait pour le quart du prix qu’il a estimé en 15 sec. Service à la clientèle déficient. Je vous conseille d’y aller avec quelqu’un qui s’y connaît en automobile ou de comparer les prix avec d’autres garages. I had made an appointment for an estimate for a body repair. Given the many good reviews on Google, I expected to receive good service. When I arrive on the scene, the employee assigned to do my estimate does not even introduce himself to me. Just tell me to follow him by naming the brand of my self. He stares at my car for 15 sec and says it's going to cost upwards of $2000 for two dips. He tells me that everything must be changed for two hollows. He seemed in a hurry when I asked him questions and the whole appointment lasted 2 min. I called another garage and got the same service they offered me for a quarter of the price they estimated in 15 sec. Poor customer service. I advise you to go with someone who knows about cars or to compare prices with other garages.
