â â â â â I'm very disappointed with the services I received.
The first time , it took 2 days more to get the service done (3 days in total) ,while it supposed to be completed by the end of the same day.
while taking back my car , I spotted 4 new scratches and the guys with whom the payment was made was informed instantly and pictures taken as proof and he promised to informed the service manager.
The service manager never contacted me, and when I called for follow up, It took 2 weeks before an appointment was schedule to fixe the scratches and minor dent. This time again, it took another 2 days to be completed, instead of 1 as previously confirmed. When I came to get my car back, 3 new holes were made on the front passenger door while trying to fixe the dent and scratch and you can see easily see that they are newly made and the scratches were still visible, but the service manager refuse to take responsibility of this upsetting situation (3 new holes).
Just to say that , before getting the service completed, wrong diagnostic was made by the mechanic despite the fact that he supposed to be a Mazda well trained technician , even for that, it took time for the service manager to accept that the primarily diagnostic was wrong , as he always wants to protect his guys, which is unacceptable.
I filled a complaint about this with Mazda Canada, awaiting for an update.
When you bring your car to them, make sure you have a recent pictures or video of you car, just in case you will have to deal with this type of situation.
Very bad experience.

â â â â â Edit: the manager Kevin called me and rectified the issue. He was very empathetic and offered to reimburse me the costs. We spoke on Friday and my check was in my mailbox by Monday. Alot of people were telling me that dealerships dont care and they wont take me seriously so I was very surprised and grateful. Thanks Again Kevin.
I purchased my car 1 year ago and today I got pulled over by the cops because the car I was sold had illegal tinted front windows. They sell you a car saying its inspected and safe for the road yet they somehow let you leave the lot with illegal modifications. I was given a 48 hour window by the cop to have my tints removed and have my car pass an inspection afterwards or I get a 500$ ticket in the mail. The cop gave me a chance and said its a ticket of 147$ plus 48hour notice and luckily I dont have to pay the $147. I do however have to pay 30$ to get the tints removed and 60$+ to pass an inspection not to get a 500$ ticket. Im also extremely busy at work and my boss wasnt very pleased that I have to miss work to deal with this because I have big deadlines to meet. I emailed the salesman and got no response. I was told by the cop that its my responsibiity to know what tints are legal( I dont know anyone who thinks of this stuff!! ) but where is the dealerships responsibility in all this?! Never again.

â â â â â My wife and I recently made our first car purchase here. The rep we dealt with was Marwane and the experience was as smooth as possible. Marwane was personable, friendly and never pressured us to take anything we didnât want. On top of that, he made sure we knew everything about the car we were buying (a 2019 cx-3), answered any questions we had and remained professional throughout the entire experience. If youâre in the market for a car, I highly recommend Mazda Anjou as a place to consider looking.

â â â â â While looking for a used car, one of the dealerships I approached was Mazda Anjou. I never write reviews but I must say I was impressed with the service I received at Mazda Anjou used car section, specifically with Matthieu. He really understood my concerns and went above and beyond to try and alleviate them. Overall, I was very impressed and happy with the service I got and it surpassed the other dealerships. I totally recommend!

The staff who served me made everything easy and well explained.
I spoke with the service manager and he was very direct and polite. Very humble.
Definitely a turn around in service since Joe came into place.
Service, quality, staff. Everything gets a 5 star!

â â â â â The service at Mazda Anjou is absolutely UNPARALLELED compared to every other dealership I've dealt with. My husband and I own a Mazda 3 and for some reason we've had a lot of problems with the break system. The service team stopped at nothing to figure out what the problem was, and were always super helpful and accommodating throughout what usually would be a nightmare at other car dealerships. They always made sure that the repairs were done in a timely fashion and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was always enjoyable, going that extra mile to make sure we were never put out. Definitely one of the only dealerships we know that actually cares about the experience of their clients without sucking them dry! Would highly recommend!

â â â â â Avoid this place for any kind of service. Lately, they have been terrible at keeping their appointment time.
On two occasions they were late for the appointment time. The last one was an almost 2 hour delay beyond the appointed time. On each visit what was routinely a 30-40minute service turned into a 3 hour ordeal.
What's the point of giving an appointment time if you're going to delay it by 2 hours without warning the customer.
