Copa was recommended to me by a neighbour that works in construction. According to my neighbour, Copa is the only company they work with, and I now understand why. I am thoroughly impressed with Copa’s work in my washroom and our upstairs appartement. Their customer service is impeccable, their work is efficient and of superior quality, additionally they are attentive to their clean up. I had three plumbing companies work on our plumbing and when Copa was done, not only did they finally resolve the issue, they improved the overall efficiency. They are awesome and reliable!

He clearly did not get all the indications he needed to have from the company for what the job was about and my husband had to help because he could not be alone for the type of job. At a certain point he was throwing some pieces around out of frustration as if we were not paying for this service as asked when we booked the job which was for a pretty high total amount for what it was. Just for having to help and their rude service we should not have paid in total...never again

He was super professional, sweet and very explanatory. Thank you Claudio for sending me his great workers both times. I would continue my business with them in near future for sure. Overall, COPA does an excellent and efficient work. 100% recommended!
