Plusieurs estimĂ©s ont Ă©tĂ© demandĂ©s Ă Marie-Ăve et elle a toujours bien rĂ©pondu Ă la demande en prĂ©sentant un travail rigoureux de qualitĂ©, malgrĂ© le fait que certains travaux n'aient pas Ă©tĂ© rĂ©alisĂ©s. L'ouvrier dĂ©diĂ© au travail Ă©tait fiable et compĂ©tent. De plus, le travail a Ă©tĂ© fait de façon respectueuse en protĂ©geant les espaces pour minimiser le salissage. Bref, Constructions Max Larocque est une compagnie sĂ©rieuse que je recommande sans hĂ©sitation.
We had our garage entry redone in the fall of 2016 and we are very satisfied with the work done. Several estimates were requested from Marie-Ăve ââand she always responded well to the request by presenting rigorous quality work, despite the fact that some work was not carried out. The worker dedicated to the work was reliable and competent. In addition, the work was done in a respectful manner by protecting the spaces to minimize soiling. In short, Constructions Max Larocque is a serious company that I recommend without hesitation.

Danny le Chef de chantier, a tout fait pour sâassurer de notre satisfaction. Je nâai que des compliments Ă faire sur cette compagnie. Je la recommande sans hĂ©siter.
Excellent services. Our work was carried out on time, in a demanding condominium and in the midst of a pandemic, which was not easy. Danny the Site Manager did everything to ensure our satisfaction. I only have good things to say about this company. I recommend her without hesitation.

â â â â â La qualitĂ© du travail des employĂ©s de Max Larocque est irrĂ©prochable. Les ouvriers Ă©taient trĂšs sympathiques. Cependant le service Ă la clientĂšle Ă©tait mĂ©dicore et la soumissionaire s'est mĂȘme moquĂ©e de moi. Elle m'a dit qu'elle trouvait "drĂŽle" que j'avais attendu aussi longtemps pour faire une soumission alors que je les avais contactĂ© plus d'un mois auparravant et qu'ils ne me donnaient pas de nouvelles. De plus, elle Ă©tait toujours en meeting donc la rejoindre Ă©tait extrĂȘmement difficile voir impossible.
Ils nous ont fait une soumission "ventillĂ©e" mais ou aucune des tĂąches n'avaient de coĂ»t spĂ©cifique. Peu importe ce qu'on enlevait Ă la soumission, celle-ci restait toujours Ă©trangement Ă 20k$. Ătonnament dĂ©molir un balcon et en rĂ©installer un neuf, valait 350$. Quelle aubaine!
Probablement le service le moins professionnel que j'ai reçu jusqu'à maintenant. Je ne ferai plus affaire avec eux et je ne recommande pas leur service, à moins de dealer directement avec les travailleurs.
The quality of the work of Max Larocque employees is impeccable. The workers were very nice. However the customer service was mediocre and the bidder even made fun of me. She told me that she found it "funny" that I had waited so long to submit a submission when I had contacted them over a month ago and they did not give me any news. Moreover, she was always in a meeting so joining her was extremely difficult if not impossible.
They made us a "ventilated" quote but where none of the tasks had a specific cost. No matter what we took away from the bid, it still strangely stayed at $ 20k. Surprisingly demolishing a balcony and reinstalling a new one was worth $ 350. What a godsend!
Probably the least professional service I have received so far. I will no longer do business with them and I do not recommend their service, unless I deal directly with the workers.

â â â â â Out of all the contractors I have worked with, Max Laroque is by far the most patient, professional and knowledgeable. They don't waste your time and give you direct answers to your questions. They also have lots of experience and can tackle specialized projects such as floor additions and complete home conversions.

â â â â â Under very difficult circumstances (the shutdown!), the team at Max Larocque really came through for us. After 16 years of living with an old, bathroom, Mme Gauthier designed a bathroom for us that is beautiful, efficient and full of storage! All the workmen were delightful and were kind to our very exuberant dog as well. We would be delighted to work with them again in future and greatly appreciate their time and care.
