E	Elliott Tsai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welcoming staff and very nice layout. We went to open up a file after having adopted a cat from a refuge. The secretary, technicien and vet were all extremely gentle and competent. Examination was thorough and efficient. We were prescribed medication for my cat and it was readily available at the clinic. Pleasantly surprised by a follow up call from the vet to ask how my cat was doing (very appreciated!) Information received after the consult was easy to grasp, I wish we would have informed me on some of the side effects of the medication. I placed a call back to the clinic and they quickly answered all of my questions. Great place!

I stumbled upon Clinique vétérinaire hochelaga and tried them out because I saw all the great reviews and I can safely say they are the opposite! They are all so amazing and friendly. You can tell they are there because they love animals and want to help them. Everyone greets you with a smile. The vet and vet tech that saw us today were both super helpful! My dog has major anxiety and they provided me with names of accredited specialists to help him overcome his anxiety and fear. Plenty of great recommendations to help him out as well. Lastly, they are super quick and timely. At my last clinic I waited 45 minutes when I had an appointment. I barely waited 2 minutes here which is great! I will definitely be returning to this clinic with!

In my experience dogs are usually freaked out when going to the vet's office but my dogs are fine to just waltz right in. I only wish that they would have more appointments available sooner, they have a lot more clients since COVID and people started adopting more dogs, but it would be nice if they could adapt accordingly to the increased demand for appointments.

I went in with an emergency with my dog and they acted quickly and with careful consideration. They worked hard to make my dog feel calm and safe so that they were able to administer treatment. I am very grateful for the attentive service and the time they took to explain the problem and their solutions. Will 100% reccomend to all pet moms and dads!

I tried to get another appointment but was told i had to pay 30$ in advance since i missed this one. I was also told the next appointment would not be for another 3 weeks.
F	Francoise Gervais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very kind and professional. My dog has been seeing her vet there for 14 years. The were there for her from the moment I got her ( at the age of 5weeks) to the moment she passed away on April 1st. I highly recommend them.
