I've seen 5 different doctors at that clinic and was so disappointed because 3/5 did not seem confident when answering my questions, one told me she didn't know what was wrong with my dog and made me come back a 2nd time to check her again, and told me the same thing! So why I am I paying them??? Then I was referred to their 'specialist' who told me my dogs fur would never grow back....Which it did! And the doctor I saw 2 weeks ago insisted my dog had a skin infection, gave me antibiotics, disinfecting wipes, and a special shampoo. Results: the 'infection' was gone the next morning on its own. She also tried to sell me Science Diet food, and when I asked her why it's better than Diamond brand, she said that it's healthier... I told her that diamond has all natural ingredients no grains, no biproducts, and her response: Science diet is still better! Yeah, ok! That's not very convincing! She was no help to me at all! Also I called in for general information on dog warts because I read that if a wart turns black, it's most likely cancerous and needs to be removed without delay. I was told to wait 3 days until I can speak to the last doctor I saw because she wouldn't be in till the end of the week. I explained that I just wanted general info, and that I would like to speak to a technician, but they didn't want to help me. They said if I am really worried, I should bring her in emergency (+150$)! I'm transferring my file to Veterinaire Samson this week because even though I've never taken my dog there, they answered all my questions over the phone and even looked at a picture of my dogs wart, and told me there was no real emergency, but that I should get it checked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GREAT SERVICE!!!! Amazing doctors and staff! The only hospital who actually cares about your pet and not your money! They will truly take care of your pet and give the right treatments! The only real veterinary hospital. AVOID any other one! Especially the DMV!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service!!! Very warm family like center.The staff is awesome as well. They are very friendly and they care about you as a client. They take the time with compassion and very serviceable. They are always in a good mood. They are very accommodating to emergency care when one arises.
What I like the most is the holistic alternative care that Dr. Girard offers her clients. I treat my body and health on a holistic practice, as a result, treating my animals holistically is a priority to me.
Dr. Girard practices Acupuncture, Osteopathic and Homeopathic treatments.
I have had great results with a serious condition for my cat. She respects that I don't want to practice conventional medicine including medications.
Yes, going to a vet is expensive but paying for a service that is done with love and honesty makes a big difference. It is a pleasure to pay for good quality service for my animals well being. I feel blessed to have found this center. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t even care how they treated me. We weren’t allowed to go in because covid. My dog has severe anxiety issues and they knew how to make her feel safe. The nurse really listened to my dog and gave her what she needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a consultation to spay my dog. Said I had to give my dog a rabies shot so I did. Completely changed my dog forever. Bad reaction led to diarrhea and vomiting, growling and snaps and attacks for no reason. Two months later I am still dealing with the rage and growling every once in a while. The care was secondary as they will try to sell you everything from food to toothpaste etc. Felt pretty desperate. Took my concern and asked me to go back and reluctantly I agreed only to regret it. Had me purchase medication my dog didn’t need and offered to refer me to a behavioural therapist!!! Not listening!!! Didn’t have the issue before the vaccine!!! Horrible!!!! Will Never go back!!! 0/5 is my real rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my second time at the Veterinary and my Boxer Puppy Molly loved every minute while being there, because the staff were very good with her and treated her with lots of love. A big thank you to Dr. Nadeau and her technician Marie Eve for being great with Molly and she loved the attention that she got. I highly recommend bringing your pet to this veterinary.

Under year ago I needed an emergency operation on my cat and they were the only ones who got the urgency of the situation. 2 weeks ago I went back to get my other cat spayed and a technician who I never met before remembered my cat and asked how she was doing. Great service.
