★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used Doctor Woodlock twice now to take care of mammary tumours on my rats. I love the service provided by this clinique. I find everyone is very gracious and the clinique has a calm and professional feel to it. I trust them to take good care of my animals and Dr. Woodlock is genuinely interested in the well-being of my rats. When I was getting one rat checked up on, he checked up on the other one for free just to see how she was doing. He also offers very good flat rates for tumour removals and does follow-up appointments for free. The entire clinique takes their time to make sure you are confident in your pets care. They even called me right after my rat had her surgery to tell me how it went so that I wouldn't have to wait anxiously. I would highly recommend this clinique, especially for exotic pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst day of my life. I had to put my best friend of 13 to sleep and walked in there bawling. They were so sweet, so empathetic. The technician was soft and put me at ease assuring me that she would be very delicate and that she loved animals and also if it was too tough on me, she would take care of everything.
Also I'm anglophone and I've read some of the negative reviews. Well they're WRONG. I was treated with kindness and dignity.
I think they're an awesome team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many missed diagnoses from other clinics, they were able to point out the problem. Unfortunately, there was so little we could do so we had to say final goodbye to our best friend... they were very empathetic and sweet. If I ever decide to have another pet, I will definitely go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place to go to if you love your pet. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your pet here if you need to put your dog down. The staff is disrespectful; laughing while my little doggo was being put down and had no respect. And only a good place if you’re a French speaking person if not you won’t feel welcomed. Rip my little doggo, sorry you had to pass away in this building ;(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been bring my pets here for some time now and honestly the service is great and the staff is very helpful and informative. The veterinarians are super helpful and really go in depth about all your options for your pets. I find the pricing a little high at times but I think compared to others in the area they are the best priced and for the service given by all the staff it's worth it. They even sent us a personalized letter after putting our beautiful husky/german sheppard down Luna that all the staff had signed which was very thoughtful and really warmed our hearts.
