â â â â â J'ai vu M Sedqi planter ses premiĂšres pancartes dans le quartier.. Et avec les annĂ©es .. de plus en plus de pancartes. je me suis dit ce gars-lĂ il a fait sa place Ă la sueur de ses efforts. C est lui que je veux pour vendre ma maison!. C est quelqu'un qui avance!
Maintenant que ma maison est vendue je regarde tout ça avec du recul et je me dis que je ne pouvais pas faire meilleur choix..
MalgrĂ© qu'il dispose d'une Ă©quipe de gens tous aussi agrĂ©ables qu'efficaces c'est lui qui s'est occupĂ© de mon listing .Peu importe qu'il soit 9h ou 21h Salah a toujours rĂ©pondu prĂ©sent mĂȘme quand la situation Ă©tait hors de son contrĂŽle...mĂȘme quand il faisait des dĂ©marches extra pour s'assurer que tout se passerait bien.. mĂȘme quand il m'appelait simplement pour me faire un compte-rendu.
Je n'aurais jamais cru que vendre sa maison pouvait ĂȘtre autant physiquement et Ă©motivement taxant et Salah a toujours Ă©tĂ© lĂ pour me rassurer. Son assurance et son calme ne trouvent leur Ă©gal que dans l'enthousiasme de Linda sa secrĂ©taire avec qui j'ai eu aussi de belles conversations et dans la constance de son Ă©quipe en gĂ©nĂ©ral .
Merci a toute l'équipe pour avoir été présents lors des presque 75 visites de ma maison..
GrĂące Ă vous je vais maintenant avoir accĂšs Ă la vie dont je rĂȘvais depuis plusieurs annĂ©es.
Peut-ĂȘtre que les clients passent .. mais pour les clients .. une expĂ©rience comme celle-ci reste marquante.

I saw Mr. Sedqi plant his first signs in the neighborhood.. And over the years .. more and more signs. I said to myself this guy he made his place with the sweat of his efforts. He's the one I want to sell my house! It is someone who advances!
Now that my house is sold, I look at it all with hindsight and I tell myself that I could not have made a better choice..
Although he has a team of people who are as pleasant as they are efficient, he was the one who took care of my listing. Whether it was 9 a.m. or 9 p.m. Salah always answered present even when the situation was out of order. of his control...even when he went out of his way to make sure everything was going well...even when he just called me to give me a report.
I never thought selling your house could be so physically and emotionally taxing and Salah was always there to reassure me. His confidence and his calm are matched only by the enthusiasm of Linda, his secretary, with whom I also had great conversations, and in the constancy of his team in general.
