★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! Was the first time I was taking my dog for grooming in Quebec and since he is 13yo I was concerned he wouldn't feel comfortable with these new people and dogs around him. Not only they were super nice and reassuring, my dog got out of there looking flawless and supper happy!
I saw a little of the process through the window and I saw how amazing they were taking care of him! They even gave him a bandana! We will definitely come here every time. It made me very happy to see how happy he was with his new hairstyle!

Called this groomer for my 10 week old puppy. My dog was not vaccinated yet and I was not sure if she needed to be and if she would be in contact with other dogs. The groomer's response was "Well I'm not vaccinated so she doesn't need to be vaccinated."
1. What does human vaccination have to do with dog vaccinations?
2. You just lost a customer by making a misinformed political statement about the COVID vaccine.
Quite shocked that this groomer is putting people at risk of COVID-19 especially with the current omicron wave. I have family and friends that go to this groomer, I am going to recommend they go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my 3 month old bichon for his first haircut. Told the man that I wanted a small trim. Handed him by beautiful dog, when I came back for him did not recognize him at all. He was completely shaved. I cried for 2 hours I was so upset. Then when I was able to look at him again I noticed he wasn’t even shaved properly. A very botched job. I am very disappointed. The shaved him so badly that his skin is itchy and he is scratching himself constantly. Bringing him to the vet tomorrow.
PS A bichon maltese should be cut with scissors not with a clipper
