Savana is one of the worst landlords I have ever come in contact with, she only cares about herself, and will tell you that your spouse is better off dead than with you.. WHO SAYS THINGS LIKE THAT TO YOUR TENANT!!! this is supposed to be a professional business that you're running. If your looking to rent here be prepared to be treated like your a piece of dirt. The building is poorly kept, they do NOT do walk in or walk out inspections and will try and take you for all of your security deposit (which; legally they are not allowed to do without walk in or walk out inspections). They don't maintain their property for their residents, this winter they did not even make an effort to clear off the Parkade entrance/exit which made it extremely hard to get out of the building with a snow packed icy ramp that your vehicle would constantly slip on. They don't repair their units before re-renting (Carpet Cleaning, fill in holes and re-paint the walls), but will still "charge" you for damages even though there is no proof that damages were made by YOU (as no walk in or walk out inspections are done) and will not give you a break down of where your security money went for the repairs. I personal will never rent from this landlord and will never let any of my friends or family rent from a place that thinks its okay to verbally abuse and degrade their tenants.
