★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS AND MICE AND THE LANDLORDS KNOW ABOUT THESE ISSUES AND DON'T CARE. MANY CRACKHEADS LIVE HERE. The landlord they have is degenerate that will bug you relentlessly (almost as annoying as the bedbugs were). Don't kid yourself, the whole building infested and the only people who stay there are the crackheads because it's a great location for doing dope.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish that there were a lower rating than 1 star because the managers of this building are money grubbing unethical vile human beings. They know that the place is infested with bedbugs but refuse to treat the entire building so the bedbugs keep coming back. There's also a large mice infestation.
Problem is that they know all the issues that exist at Park Place and still try to rent it out to people because all they care about is making money. If you move in here, look out because if you have any problems with the suites, they will find a reason to kick you out. They have done it to so many innocent residents because they are too cheap to fix the place properly. They've also hired people from within the building to fix stuff and then refused to pay them for it.
The landlord they had was a developmentally challenged man who used to come and bug the residents for no reason other than he had nothing better to do with his time. He was mental and he knocked on my door up to 8 times a day (not realizing that landlords actually are not allowed to bother whenever they feel like it).
Just save yourself so much trouble and don't RENT HERE U WILL REGRET IT!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented here in 2015 and never got my damage deposit back when there was no damage!! They will SCAM you and steal your money! Over One thousand dollars!!!!! Do not rent from them ever , shady business that needs to be shut down ???? If I could leave -1 stars I would ?
