But now three months later they still send me emails. I have asked them to stop three times. They send emails weekly asking for me to send personal information. The email has no “unsubscribe” button. It sends you to “Zoho” which is some business service that basically makes it very difficult to launch a complaint. Then nothing happens and I continue to get emails. I would advise people to use other immigration lawyers to save yourself from months of junk mail which you can’t get to stop! It is very annoying. If their legal advise is similar to their customer communication they are terrible. Run!

It's expensive to retain a lawyer, of course, but for the many ways that the Canadian immigration systems have changed in the past few years, a good law firm is indispensable. My only feedback would be to expand their business to offer a start-to-settlement concierge service, because the paperwork doesn't end when you land! :)
