Please note: Print-head type cartridges brought in for refills during the last 30 minutes of business hours will be available for pick-up next day. All refills are done on a first-come-first-serve basis. We can usually refill your cartridges in 15-20 minutes unless we are really busy.

I have an epson whose cartridges can't be refilled, but I was offered a great deal on non-brand replacements with much more ink in them anyway, as well as guidance for what printer to replace mine with when I want to, up to and including phoning them from whatever retailer and getting the inside scoop on what the rest of the printer's working life would really be like. I'll definitely be taking them up on that.
The print quality turned out not to work out well with those non-brand cartriges, and eventually with a firmware update, stopped working with my printer entirely. I was upset.
Though I absolutely shared the blame in these issues, they generously accommodated me and helped me back on track with my printing, while still keeping me below budget for what I'd been paying elsewhere.
I would happily reccommend Sunridge Ink and Toner to those in the area needing expert advice and kind treatment while dealing with the often sticky and frustrating world of printer maintenance and refilling.

They said they couldn't refill 2 cartridges as it was too late (even though it was 30min until they closed).
Just think they should update their information to reflect they don't refill cartridges after 7:30pm (as I drove from the NW to run this errand).

Don’t waste your time going here, they don’t fill your ink properly and act like you don’t know how to work a printer when you go back with a question. Very disappointed with this place.
