★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this shop for tire repair. The mechanic that did the actual work found the issue and fixed it. He was polite and respectful. The senior mechanic however that supervised and did the administrative work was condescending and certainly did not treat me like a welcome customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect place for getting our cars ready for any harsh weather. Staff here looks after each problem thoroughly and are really quick. I remember getting oil changed by Mr. Prashant, he was fantabulous. He explained each and every step, simultaneously accomplished the task with 5 to 7 minutes.
Experienced great customer service satisfaction.

Went in for a simple tire swap and an employee accidentally sprayed all over a section of the shop, my car included. Asked the manager for a discount so I can get a car wash, he said no. Not professional and a sort of "jokester" environment.
Other complaints: Pressure sales and prideful "matter of fact" tone of communicating. Before I could even say 1 word and talk about why I'm there (car still on from pulling in), an employee was trying to open my rear door.
Recommend to find a different shop where they are more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here for an oil change and we were greeted by Bryon, he was absolutely amazing. Great customer service and he was quick to do the oil change, most definitely will come back and ask for Bryon again. Definitely recommend coming here !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in asking for just an oil change and got charged with an oil change... and an engine clean. The photo below is under the hood - after the engine clean was said to be done. An extra 100$ for literally nothing is not okay; don't use Mr. Lube.

Mr Abdul did spectacular job. He is very nice and always answering my queries.
The Filipino guy were very helpful and did an excellent job as well.
I will go and visit this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You pay a lot for the convenience at Mr Lube. I needed an oil change. Short wait time was nice and service was good overall. Pricing is NOT transparent. There is no info on what they charge for an oil change until you get in the bay and they add some other “ service” like flushing the engine or transmission. It’s all pressure to sell you more stuff —- so just beware. I have owned cars for 40 years and never even been pressured like this to “ flush” my engine or transmission. They would not check my tire pressure because they said i had a “ sensor”. Weird. Not sure my tire sensor even works lol ? I hope so.
