From our modest store on Kingsway in Vancouver back in 1973, to our 3 superstore locations we have today, we have always been in the forefront of the performance industry. On hold for 20 min. Never have enough staff working. When going in in person. Customer service make the customer feel like your bothering them. Do yourself a favour and buy from summit racing. Delivery might take an extra day or two. This place has lost my company's business.

Tried to return an item that Wasn't needed because we went a different direction. Item was overpriced to begin with. I was told they only give in store credit…I said I didn’t need anything else, they didn’t try to help me out after that.

Frank is awesome. Came in with my buddy and this guy helped us so much, answered all the questions with so much knowledge. And got us pricing that was significantly better then competitors

I purchased a MSD ignition on June 24,2021. I installed it and noticed immediately that it did not work. When I attempted to exchange I was informed by Mopac that it is not their responsibility and I will need to contact the manufacturer. It is my opinion that a company should stand behind the parts they sell and not make it the customers responsibility especially for out of the box defects such as this. I highly recommend going anywhere else to purchase all of your automotive needs as you will be literally left holding the bag if anything goes wrong.

Return policy is terrible. Once they have your money, they only issue in store credit or exchange. Read the other reviews and take your money and business else where!!

They carry performance parts - basically the only positive about this place. Everything is overpriced and customer service is abysmal, if anything. Save yourself the headache and order your parts ANYWHERE ELSE. It's worth the wait for shipping if it means not having to go here. I came in with stock brake lines and after they explained to me what I would need for steel lines, they gave me several wrong parts. (16in. lines instead of 18in., and the wrong high-pressure fittings) Wasted two weekends on an install. When I came back with a complaint, they said I should have known better and were very unhappy about reluctantly making things right. Once I finally got the correct parts, I would have saved $100 and a week if I had just ordered directly from the supplier (Earl's). Hours of operation are ridiculously inconvenient. Anyone interested in performance parts most likely has a full-time job, and closing 30mins earlier than the posted times makes it even harder to get what you need. Maybe answer the phone once in a while? If you have a choice between MOPAC or nothing, pick nothing.

I’ve been dealing with Mopac for over a decade. I get amazing customer service and pricing that is cheaper than online, and they usually have parts in stock, so I don’t need to wait for parts to be shipped. My purchases have slowed, but they remember me by name, and always greet me even if I am not being helped by that particular sales rep. My last few visits I can give a few notes: -I needed a battery box for my 240sx. I gave a part number and they had it in stock. I came by to pick it up and Bill advised me to try another part # which would suit my needs better (smaller, so easier to fit, and cost less) which *surprise surprise* they also had in stock. -I needed a catalytic converter and a resonator to quiet my BMW. I sent a part number and Frank was able to get me a better part which was in stock so I didn’t need to wait for a stock order, and it would suit my needs better. The knowledge, advice, and customer service from both Bill and Frank are top notch.
