Negative review is all on NAPA Corporate, for not keeping their website up-to-date, and product webpage declarations being found out to be false and misleading ! _ Product is not available 4 business days as declared on site page. Instead minimum 10 days from (corporate) u.s.a. , stated by NAPA corporate. _ NO free shipping as declared on site page. NAPA corp. stated freight charges would be added. ex. Part #: BKP GM2502101C & Part #: BKP GM2503101C Append; 4 days later after 'owner' posting half day ago ; We'll see if NAPA corp. actually corrects the issue or their posting was just another example of scripted corp. 'double speak' ! :-l

We REALLY needed a slipper to get us back home one night since we were stranded in Calgary on our way back to Red Deer, and mechanics called for it. We got there 15mins after they were supposed to close and they stayed later for us!! It was soo perfect!! Really hope you all can see how hard they’re trying to give you that amazing service they gave us!!
M	Mason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to get some new wiper blades. I checked with the person at the till to confirm what sizes I needed, but they were very condescending and reluctant to help. After telling them what vehicle I needed them for, they became frustrated with me because they didn’t know what a Sentra was. I had to specify it was a Nissan—odd for a nameplate that’s been around since the 80’s. To make it all worse, they weren’t wearing a mask. I went back to find the correct model that I wanted, but they didn’t have them. They had a different model from the same brand, but they didn’t have the correct blade sizes. The person at the till then abruptly burped out loud which was icing on the cake. I walked over to Auto Value instead and had a way better experience.
