Bought my first brand new car here. The staff at Centaur Subaru made it an even greater experience then I would have ever imagined. No hidden fees, no sales BS, and I was given good, honest advice on which add-on accessories I would need, too. Overall, great experience!

We are from Minnesota and were traveling in Alberta to visit family when we experienced a Check Engine issue with our Forester. We looked for a Subaru dealer in Calgary and lucked upon Centaur. Katherine and Holly in the Service department were reassuring and helpful in getting our car into their shop that day. The mechanic diagnosed the problem quickly and the Parts department secured the part we needed by the next morning. Our car was repaired in less than 36 hours and we were able to continue our trip on schedule. We were very impressed that this busy dealership made time for us and showed such concern for our travel timeline. It was a very positive experience and we encourage those in the Calgary area to visit Centaur for Subaru service or sales.

After a poor experience at another Subaru dealer, I brought my Impreza here. The repairs done were completed quickly, and everyone was helpful and courteous. Will be bringing my car here going forward. (Though do wish they had a better shuttle service, but not even remotely a deal breaker!)

The service desk was easy to deal with, spoke clearly and listened to what I was trying to describe. Easy to book an appointment. Technician was quick and thorough. Fixed the problem and checked for the issue affecting other areas. Cost was less than I expected. I’m taking my car to them as long as this continues. Thanks for the good service.

I called the dealership to inform them that my cruise control was disabled. They said if there was a crack in the windshield it wouldn’t work. So I replaced the windshield through them. Rented a car to get through the day. They called near end day and said that the windshield they received from the warehouse was cracked and they would need an extra day. Fine. Went to get my car, the windshield was replaced, the cruise control was still disabled and now it was the camera that was broken. An additional 2800 for a replacement. They also wouldn’t cover the extra day of car rental. Absolute nightmare of an experience. It’s too bad because I love my forester and now I probably won’t buy another one because of how terribly this company treated me. Maybe Calgary Subaru is better? Just don’t give this crooks your business. Left in tears.

I waited approx. 2 months for my new Crosstrek to arrive, so when I got confirmation that it was ready I was really excited. I went to pick up the car, signed all the paperwork, finance manager submitted paperwork to finance company. I was about to leave and finance manager came outside letting me know that they (Centaur) made a mistake on the price of the car. I was advised that they would reverse my already legally binding contract that was submitted so they can rewrite it and submit again. I wasn't happy about this and they took away the experience of getting a new car. They wanted to spend all of this administrative effort over $500. When spoke to the sales manager he was willing to take the car back and cancel the deal after I had already left with the new car. I don't think this dealership does business in an ethical manner. Even though I kept the car, I will not be going back to this dealership for servicing or anything. I can't trust them!!

I had a great experience working with Ralph and Tony buying my first Subaru! They made the process very seamless, explained everything in detail, never pressured me and made sure the vehicle fit my needs. I'm so grateful for all their help and would definitely recommend the great team here!

Great service, great product. Back in February, while new-car hunting, we test-drove an Outback Wilderness Edition. We were please with the vehicle, its features and specs. As we were looking for a specific colour, we placed an order and were given a June delivery date. The vehicle arrived a month earlier, which was great. The sales and finance staff at Centaur Subaru were great. They were helpful and made sure we had all the we requested and gave us a throuough orientation to the vehicle. They exceeded our expections. They first few days with the Outback have been great and we're looking forward to a summer of travel with the new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership.
