Our first time at House of Cars was great. We had an amazing experience, definitely a 10/10! Nick was the one to help us out. He helped us find a great car that met our needs. Throughout the whole process he was very accommodating to our requests, was friendly, and just delightful to work with all in all.

Absolutely amazing experience! Jan was the amazing gentleman that helped me find my new car, and I can not say enough nice things about him. He goes above and beyond, and definitely made the entire experience a positive one! Colton also helped me again (he helped with my last car too) and I will never be able to stop saying nice things about him. He truly puts all his effort into every client, and it’s so appreciated! Overall it was a great experience, and would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to use this location to find their perfect fit :)

If this review was only about the guy we dealt with and not the company as a whole, this review would be a lot different. Maaz was the name of our customer service rep. The guy was phenomenal. 10/5 stars for him. However, in my recent purchase of a vehicle from them that cost about 24 thousand dollars, yeah not cheap, promises were made that were simply not kept. During our test drive we asked about Bluetooth, it was confirmed to have this feature. Before signing paperwork we noted that the phone button did not work in the vehicle. We were promised it would be fixed. Get the vehicle and have multiple immediate issues. All were dealt with swiftly save for the Bluetooth. Apparently our model does not come with it, and despite being promised it would be added when brought to the dealership to have all the issues fixed, we were then outright told that since it did not come stock with our model then it would not be added. How many times do we have to ask for a feature, which is clearly important to us, to be promised it'll be addressed and then never is. Now we're stuck with a vehicle lacking this key feature. Now, you might say this is not a big deal. However small the matter may seem to others, it was important to us and promised repeatedly. Customer service 5* Vehicles 4* Road Test 4* (Still a bit awkward having a dealer with you, but for insurance purposes we understand) Vehicle financing 5* Promises to fix issues 5* (after a little haggling) Upon completing this review, we were contacted by House of Cars (Maaz) and offered to have aftermarket Bluetooth installed. We accepted and have since updated our review to 5* overall. 10+ stars to Maaz from beginning to end for going above and beyond. I don't know how he could've done better and is by far and away the best sales associate/dealer we have ever dealt with. (Photos are ones we took after taking possession)

Chris sold me my first car! He made the process of buying a car so fun and easy. He was extremely thorough and reassuring. Most importantly, he was so honest and truthful with my mother and I. We never felt like we were being kept in the dark! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a used car of good quality.

My first experience buying a vehicle from a dealer; it was painless and efficient. Sirack T was the sales person who helped me out, and I can honestly say that I was dutifully taken care of. From the moment my daughter and I walked in the sales center to the completion of our purchase, we were treated with complete respect and received excellent service all around. Chris went above and beyond his role as a sales representative. He assisted the mechanics with the detailing, made sure we were comfortable with our choice, delivered my daughter’s vehicle to our home, and replied to additional questions after the sale and delivery was complete.
