★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brady and the crew down at MacLeod auto have been nothing short of spectacular. Their work is fast and damn good. They always shoot straight and let you know exactly what they are doing, and Brady is always looking for ways to save you a couple bucks down the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brady is a charming guy but his talk doesn’t match his walk. I went to get rims put on my second set of tires. There was poor communication (he blamed phones not working when not keeping me in the loop—at other times the phones worked perfectly) and there was a lot of confusion about the plan, types of rims, etc. I ended up leaving with aluminum rims on my winter tires and steel on my summers. He did stick to his quoted price and the staff was pleasant, but I won’t go back. I don’t trust him. I’ll go somewhere else to get the tires switched to the way they should be. I don’t know if he will leave up a poor review, as he only has 5 star ratings on his site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in needing an out of province inspection done and I couldn't be happier with the work done. If they can't do it there, they will tell you where to go to get it done and it's included in shop price. Super convenient, really honest and skilled at what they do. They will tell you what you did to your vehicle whether you told them what you did or not... The evidence is always there:)

Found Brady to be straight forward in terms of his assessment of the work and extraordinary in terms of locating the required part and keeping me informed.
