This is the first auto shop I've been to where I feel I'm getting a great job for an honest price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Messed up the windshield wiper on my Jetta and I could not drive without this repair. Other shops said I had to wait days. The owner at Mid-town knew that he could slip my car in and quickly fix this issue. They made time for me and gave me the world's best deal. The receptionist was personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Clearly I have found my new mechanic for Freda! Thanks Mid-Town :) These guys are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Midtown since 1988 and it is the only place I feel comfortable having my vehicle serviced. The owners/mechanics are honest, extremely knowledgeable and do great work. Midtown does exactly what you ask them to do and there are never any surprise extras when you pick up your vehicle. While working on your vehicle if they find anything extra that needs to be repaired, before they proceed you are informed of the issue, the cost and whether it requires immediate attention or can wait. At Midtown you know that the repair will be done right, the first time. They charge fair and reasonable prices that are lower than dealerships charge. While they specialize in German vehicles I would feel completely comfortable having them work on any make of vehicle. As a satisfied and continuing customer I highly recommend Midtown.

It was very easy to book, great customer service, the service was quick, they were upfront about what my car actually needed (versus what I had been told at the dealership), and the price was fair. Will absolutely be coming back to Mid Town Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 2007 Audi A4, I began having ‘electrical’ problems about 5 years ago, my car wouldn’t start and the battery continually was being drained, after a different garage replaced or repaired all the usual problems and keeping my car for weeks, that garage could not fix the problem. After a few visits to Midtown they quickly figured out the combination of issues that were causing my problems! My car has been running perfectly for about a year now! I can’t say enough good things about Midtown…. I’m still amazed that they were able to figure out and fix all the problems at what I considered to be a very reasonable price! ???❤️Thank you Midtown!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never write reviews, but if you want consistant "boring" good service, without drama, Shawn is a brilliant mechanic. Gritta (sic) is the most knowledgeable front desk manager I have met. They have a no nonsense approach to service and maintenance. Keeps my 2003 Audi Allroad in top condition for the last 10 years .... The car has its battle wounds but runs like new. This is a unique car and the mechanic has to be of high calibre to maintain. Everyone I have referred, has had the same positive review. Tried a different "German specialist" without success. BTW he also maintains my 85 Westfalia. Outstanding work and good value....boring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to book an appointment with them for oil change but the lady who picked the phone is perfect example of Karen and talks to you with so much attitude like she is doing favor to you. And does not provide correct or proper information what they will do or not. If I am going to pay money then I need to know what you guys gonna do to my car. Very poor quality of customer service. Won't recommend. I hope I could give 0 stars.
