This is the first time I have stuck with the dealer service department after buying a vehicle. Boris and his team are killing it, and its actually a little fun to drop the car off. Cool welcome experience, and a great loaner program as well. Latest appointment was due to an warranty issue that might actually have been caused by me, but they didn't argue with me at all and were happy to fix it.

Just moved from Edmonton, had some issues with my S5, both Jason and Dale have been very helpful. And I know all they say about dealerships are so and so blah blah. Whenever I took my car somewhere else I ended up losing money and time! Even for the small stuff. Kal tire people couldn't find the tire lock key! Anyways trust the professionals!

I waited to write this review after having my 70k DSG service done elsewhere. I originally went to Glenmore Audi for a cold start issue, in combination with a "free service" that was provided through AUDI under the emissions lawsuit that took place on the TDI's. First, they would not honour the free service as they said my vehicle did not have a history of its prior services, this was very disappointing as a general service is such a minor task to hold true too regarding the customer satisfaction that is maintained. Second, regarding the cold start issue, they informed me that it was most likely a fuel filter issue (they also said they could not be 100% sure and and it would be my expense regardless if it fixed the problem or not, this was fine and I accepted to do a diagnostics scan and replace the fuel filter). In the end, it did not resolve my issue (which I am not upset about). However, what they charged to do this work is absolutely absurd. It costed me over $400 to run a less than 15 minutes diagnostics and replace a fuel filter that can be done in less than an hour. They don't charge partial hours so you are stuck paying their labour rate which unfortunately, mainly ends up in the companies pockets rather than their mechanics. Finally, the DSG, they informed me it was time to do the transmission service, which was a costly service (quoted approximately $1200). Thankfully I held off and had local Audi experts do the exact same service with OEM fluid and parts instead. It ended up costing $740 saving me over $400. DO NOT GO HERE, save your money, go to a local shop and support a local business.

I'll say that everyone was extremely nice at this location and the simple work done on the car (an oil change) was good. My disappointment from the experience came from 2 areas. First, the simple oil change on my S4 was quoted around $200. I was fine with that but then they tried to charge me an addition ~$85 for them to check the tire pressure, top up fluids and reset my car service reminder (apparently these simple items take at least 30 minutes). I've never had to pay someone at a dealership to remind me to come back and get my car serviced with them. In addition, every other car that I've owned (Lexus, Infiniti, Nissan, Toyota, etc) all top up your fluids and check things like tire pressure for free within their cheap oil change cost ($65 to $90). This was really disappointing as it's such a simple thing to do for a customer. The second issue came from the complimentary "interior and exterior" clean. I've been here twice and not once have they ever cleaned the inside of the car. Once again, all other dealers I've ever been to have done this. I called and asked about this and was told they don't do interior cleans despite what the invoice says as they don't have the equipment. I imagine a vacuum and a cloth is pretty cheap but I could be wrong. Once again, overall the people are very nice and attentive but this will prompt me to look elsewhere when my warranty is up at the end of the year.

Great, efficient service. Dale and his crew do a great job of everything from servicing and cleaning your car too. Employees were COVID safe as they wipe everything in front of you, hand sanitizer available everywhere. The loaner vehicles are well kept and super clean as well. This will be my go to servicing location.

Had a new battery installed in May of 2020, started having electrical issues related to a bad battery in October of 2021. Took the battery in to be tested and they said it was fine and would not warranty the battery. Changed the battery and the car works perfect again.

I had the pleasure of working with Adam D. From the parts counter during a historical cold snap in Calgary and he was amazing. Helped me assess the battery and quickly found the correct one. Had some great advice for checking to see if my car needed to be coded for battery or not. I can’t believe he even carried the battery out to my car in -35 weather! Simply put Adam D. Was a fantastic and made a hard day a little easier with his kindness, concern and assistance. Thank you.
