B	Bex M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car got some pretty bad hail damage during the storm in July. This is a preferred vendor with my insurance company and this is how i heard of them. Getting my estimate done was very quick and efficient, the guy was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained to me what they were going to do. When I received the call to get booked in, the wait was not too long considering all the vehicles that got damaged in that storm. They also ensured to secure me a rental car for the duration of my repairs. The vehicle was on par with my own vehicle style, it was clean and had a full gas tank. When dropping my car off, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly, professional and thorough. I just knew my vehicle was in good hands. Picking up my vehicle was easy and quick, again welcomed very nicely. My car was clean inside out and you couldn't even tell there had been any prior damage to it. Thank you so much for putting her back into prime condition! If ever I need body work done again, it will only be A1 Autobody that i use. RO# 230429

Their customer service, attention to detail, as well as the work done on the vehicle all speak to why they are 4.9 out of 5 stars on here. They will warranty the work done for as long as you own the vehicle, which not many places do. Everything is always top shelf whenever I need their services. Thanks again A-1.

A1 was also fantastic at getting back to me as well on when called and asked about status updates or any other questions. My only issue and the reason this is not a 5 star review is that my secondary license plate wasn't re attached after the repairs and the tires on the rental vehicle weren't great for winter driving. But other than that I would absolutely use A1 again for body work and highly recommend for all autobody work! 233009

The staff were so great to deal with - extremely friendly, helpful, and ensured everything with the insurance company went smoothly. They were able to provide me with a rental car so I didn't have to go through another location - super handy. The work done on my vehicle made it appear brand new! Will definitely be recommending A-1 in the future.

After checking out the reviews and having a couple of coworkers recommend them, I reached out to A-1 and I'm so glad I did. A-1 has such friendly staff and amazing customer service. Mark was great. He explained everything that needed repair and walked me through what to expect. A-1 has their own fleet of rentals should you need which, for me, was very convenient. I’m super impressed with the repairs and all paint and workmanship that they do is guaranteed for life. I will definitely go back should I ever need repairs again and I highly recommend.

I was in an accident recently and knew A-1 was quality workmanship I could trust. They repaired both my front and rear bumpers and damages along my door and hood.
