We had my truck taken there for repairs after being in an accident and Ben took care of us very well and explained everything about the repairs done. The lady at the front counter was very helpful as well. They have treated us so well we've taken my wife's car in for cosmetic things. My other car will be next. Kudos to fix auto.

I was in a predicament where I was leaving Alberta but my car was in the shop being repaired. They did an awesome job on the repairs! Dave, the Manager, made arrangements to get my car to the train for me to have it shipped across country. All the staff went above and beyond for me!

Update:This is my second review for Fix Auto Calgary South Central and once again it’s five stars! I had a bit of an accident with my aunt’s Audi and hit the passenger side mirror. I took it to Fix Auto for an estimate, since Fix Auto did an amazing job repairing my Civic last summer after a car crash. I called Fix Auto late on Monday afternoon and was able to get in for my estimate early Tuesday morning. They ended up fixing the mirror in their shop that morning while I was waiting for the estimate. The best part – no charge! I cannot recommend Fix Auto at Calgary South Central enough! They truly care about their customers and have the best service I’ve ever experienced. I 100% recommend Fix Auto at the South Central location. Even if you do not live nearby, it is well worth the drive for such incredible and professional service. I was in a car accident in Toronto right before I moved to Calgary. I was able to get a temporary fix on my vehicle before driving in to Calgary. Once I arrived in Calgary I was referred to Fix Auto by my insurance company as it was the closest repair shop to my home. I am incredibly thankful that I was sent to Fix Auto as never in my life have I experienced such wonderful customer service! --- First review When I first dropped my car off for the estimation I was promptly greeted and offered refreshments while I waited. Fix Auto gave my car a thorough wash before taking photos and kept me apprised of the estimation process. At one point there was concern that my car may not be drivable so a more thorough inspection was undertaken to verify that it was safe to drive. I was kept in the loop during this entire process and the wait was not long at all. As someone who does not know cars very well, I appreciated the time that Fix Auto took to explain the needed repairs to me and the damage to my vehicle. Once my car estimate was complete I was able to book my car for an appointment at my own convenience a few days later. When I dropped off my car to be fixed I was met with the same courteous and professional welcome that I had received my first time at the shop. The staff even remembered my name! Fix Auto took care of booking my rental for me (through my insurance company), so all I had to do was drop off my car and key and a shuttle was on its way within minutes to drive me to the rental dealership. While my car was getting fixed, I received update emails informing me of the repair status. When additional hidden damage to my car was discovered, I received a prompt email along with a new estimated date of completion. When my car was ready to pick up I was warmly welcomed by the staff and given a thorough rundown of all the repairs done to my car. Fix Auto went above and beyond and my car looks even better now than when I bought it. Plus there is a lifetime guarantee on my repairs! You can tell they are passionate about what they do and take great pride in their work. I will 100% be visiting Fix Auto again and highly recommend that others do the same. My car was vandalized twice in my own driveway and the damage was quite extensive. Erin and Ben were both amazing! Erin took the time to explain everything to me and was compassionate with a difficult situation which was appreciated! Ben walked me through the repair and made me comfortable with the work that they would be completing on my vehicle. Fix Auto preformed on my vehicle was amazing it looks brand new. Great service and superior quality work, would totally use them again not to mention a lifetime guarantee on their work on the vehicle and an added bonus of free future car washes. I'm a tough critic and I would totally recommend.

Had my first ever accident and looked around online for an auto shop. Fixauto really stood out to me cause there weren't any other auto shops that were maintaining a review of 4.5 and better with a large amount of reviews. I was greeted immediately with a friendly team of staff and were able to accommodate me with a quote and a free wash for my car. After shopping around at other shops to compare estimates, I found out that fixauto held competitive prices. The staff were quick with their work and very meticulous. I went to get an estimate on repainting the top surfaces of my truck.Just the top half of a two tone paint scheme mind you.The truck is in better than average condition to begin with, and the estimate was....wait for it! $20,000 dollars!!! JUST stay away,far far away.

These guys are terrible to deal with. Very poor communication. They had my truck for 3 months due to supply chain issues with parts.(understandable), but weren’t apologetic and never called with updates. Constantly hounding them for answers or ETA on parts to which I usually got annoyed replies. Pretty amazing that I was “bothering” them when they had my truck for over 90 days. Also, during drop off, I Asked them to look at my washer fluid nozzle since the tray housing the line shifted after the collision and reminded them numerous times over the 90 days.. they ignored the request and were dismissive when I asked them about it at pickup. I’ll never use their services again. These guys are the worst.
