Within minutes of speaking to the adjuster a friendly voice on the line could be heard which was Faye, the front receptionist for Precision. She was so efficient and friendly that I found myself instantly relax and know that ibam in good hands. We booked an appointment at which time Enterprise Rent a Car had been summoned to pick me up. Everything was so smooth and well orchestrated I didn't know that the automotive industry could be so coordinated. The work was done top notch and in a reasonable amount of time. They kept me informed as to what was being done and timelines for when the work would be complete. They hit the Mark exactly. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They took me from down to up in a short time.

I must admit, after my car was dropped off at Boyd Autobody shop and sat there for two weeks and they say they need 8 more days to repair my door, I pull my car out of their shop and brought it to Precision Autobody Shop. Within one week, my car was fixed and ready. I was blown up by the speed of service at this little shop. I give this shop 5 stars because of their service speed and quality of work being done. I was very happy. Shop owner, Mr. Jamie is a very honest guy. Thank you Precision Autobody Shop for fixing my car so quickly.

I unfortunately/fortunately have to keep returning due to fender benders..a few not my fault. but 2 - my fault. They have always been professional, kept me informed of the whole process, have a good relationship with my insurance company, and of course my car looks amazing when I pick it up. They always do there best to do the work on the vehicle keeping in mind how long I have a rental from the insurance company. The last time I went to pick up my vehicle, they actually had the whole process documented from beginning to end with pictures that they displayed for me on there large screen in the waiting area, I was really impressed.

Everything went great and they even sent a video slideshow of the repairs, so I could see exactly what they did. Also, prices were extremely fair. Best of all, I dropped of a dirty car and got a nice clean one (including inside) back! Good bye Carstar (kings of rip off), welcome Precision (kings of customer service and good value). This is how it is done!

Also repaired a dented tailgate interior and resprayed the truck liner. They were great to communicate with, on time, and even provided photos of the process. Great job!

I later had an "incident" in Arizona. I decided to wait and have Precision do the repair. Again.....perfect result. Jamie and Ashleigh are excellent to deal with.
