★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a cookie tin full of treats and found out it was a trick tin. The top was full of treats and the bottom part was shredded paper. For what I was charged ($50) and what I got, to me feels like I was taken to the cleaners. I/we will never go here again. Way to rich for my blood.
Just because you make a product for a select group of people does not mean you can charge what you want. I feel you are ripping off these people for what you make and sell.

On a recent visit from Edmonton I stumbled across this little gem, I wanted to order ALL the sweets! But opted for a few items I could take home and freeze for future sweet treats. They have plenty of Keto friendly items to stock your pantry as well.
This will be a frequent stop every time I pass through Calgary.

Low carb bakery items were tasty & light, (pricey but all Keto or low carb goods seem to be) great selection of Keto-friendly goods but beware the maltitol sweets, that will spike your blood sugar just like white sugar. Would be nice if they brought in more products using stevia etc. But was nice to see low carb pastas, sauces, sweets etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the black forest cupcake, it was nice and spongey with whipped cream and cherry jam. For people that don't eat low carb, the texture might seem totally different than regular cupcakes. All the desserts are around 3-5 g of carbs and they use the ingredients in store. A great alternative that's guilt free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the best Keto snacks in the city. Lots carb bread and no carb cupcakes that taste amazing. I come here once a month to stock up on snacks and bread. Definitely making the low carb diet easier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with this place. My father in law is diabetic and it’s so hard to find a treat he can have. For his 71st birthday we purchased a carrot cake that can be eaten by a diabetic! It was actually so freaking good.
It was so nice to be able to see him enjoy something he can have!
Everyone we came into contact with was super friendly and knowledgeable. Also full of suggestions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a place that had low sugar low carb treats that tasted good. A friend recommended this place. Oh boy went in here and not only did I get yummy baked goods but they also had lots of other products I’ve been ordering offline. The staff member who helped me was super knowledgeable and was able to make good recommendations. I bought several treats however was told freeze them take them out 45mins before you want to consume. I’ve had a chocolate coconut donut was very good, and my spouse and I each had a key lime pie and we boy really enjoyed it. Thank you!!! So much and recommend to give this place a try if you haven’t

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re on sugar withdrawal, don’t want flour, and want something that tastes amazing but is light, this is the place. I thought it was a small bakery but walked inside and it has everything you need if you’re doing keto or are gluten free.
It’s a little store with alternatives for everything! I got 1/2 dozen for $23 not bad considering how expensive it is everywhere else, I didn’t have to order in advance since it was a last minute gift.
Personally the red velvet wasn’t as flavourful as the others but everything else tasted great! The frosting does have dairy, I did find out though that you can order it with coconut milk icing instead (in advance) so I’ll do that next time for sure! The size isn’t as big which is both great/not but it has a lot of fibre so I’m guessing that’s why hahahaha.
Customer service was beyond phenomenal.
Holly (employee) knew her stuff and could tell you exactly what was in the cupcake/other items
