Had AB hardwood back out to do some repairs, they did another great job. I can hardly tell that they had to rip up 30 + sq/ft and replace it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alberta Hardwood Flooring was a great place to do our selections for our new Sterling/Pacesetter home! Their representative Brenley was very helpful and patient, and helped us narrow things down and keep us on track. It can be intimidating picking out so much, but it all went quite smoothly.
There is also a lot more than hardwood here! Luxury vinyl, carpet, tile, paint, wall coverings, etc. Worth checking out their displays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had our main floor updated with engineered hardwood. We went to Alberta Hardwood on the recommendation of family and friends. The installer with occasional help completed the work in 3 days.
The recommendations proved to be justified. Larry Rae and team did a marvelous job at very good value. We highly recommend Larry and Alberta Hardwood.

1. The job was done extremely bad, corners started to lift, cracks and spaces between joints. After 1.5 years of living in a brand new house!
2. The customer service was very poor. You expect some empathy after you did a bad job. Instead they’ve been rude and disrespectful.
3. Took forever to come and review the bad install that was done.
4. They literally told us that we have to wash our floor with spray. When I asked what type of spray they said that I have to visit the store for details.
We are still waiting for someone to come and replace all the flooring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dean at Alberta Hardwood was incredible to work with, and gave us 5/5+ service through out the entire process. We replaced over 2000 sq feet or flooring in our home (Mirage engineered hardwood, carpet, and tile), and Dean was excellent to deal with from the very first meeting all the way through to the installation. He was personally at our home every day during the demo of the existing floor, and install of all the new flooring, and not a single detail was overlooked. Their installation team was top notch, and the job they did on the install was immaculate. The job started on-time and was completed on-time with no issues. We attribute this to the high standards AB hardwood has for their sub contractors, and that Dean was present each day at the job site to check the progress. We highly recommend Dean and AB Hardwood, and will use them again on our next renovation project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a leak from our fridge, which unfortunately resulted in sanding and refinishing the hardwood of the entire main level of our house. We had to move out of our home, and everyone from Alberta Hardwood made sure we stayed informed of the progress. It's been almost a year since the work was completed, but we waited to review the work in order to properly assess the end result. The finishing has been fantastic - the floor does not mark and spills wipe up very easily. After one year, the floor looks as great as it did when we moved back in. Just to emphasize, though, the original hardwood was not replaced.

I have kept the humidity within the manufacturer's recommended percentages, and my floors look amazing after almost seven years! Their customer service also excellent. They always respond quickly and thoroughly to any question I pose to them.
