Maybe their beer isn't for everyone - they have some hefty imperial stouts and big ipas.. but they work for us! I was obsessed with their maple imperial stout from the 12 days in December. They also have some great ritual donut pop ups if you ever need an extra reason to stop in.

Would have been deadly to know this before we drove an hour to go here. So this is an edit because I don't think I can reply to your extremely rude comment. We went down here on January 28th and there was a sign on the door saying you owed the landlord 30k in rent. We drove an hour only to come to your brewery. Today's date is February 16th almost 3 weeks later and it still says you are open for business on Google. What kind of business continues to let customers show up and not even have the respect or care to let them know they are closed. . We have supported outcast from the beginning but I cannot and will not support someone who does not support their customers. 1 star for sure

Per your reply, when I came in today you didn't have any cans for sale it sounds like, the one I had yesterday was at your tap room, but it wasn't frozen, just poured, I think maybe you didn't have your machine running.
D	Duggyb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place if you want to spend $100 on 16 slushie beers that explode if they have been out of the cold chain for more than 15 minutes. Server mentioned nothing about keeping them cold on the way home. Cans have ultra small barely legible wording on them. When you reach out to outcast they will ghost you and keep your money. Should be illegal to sell dangerous exploding beer. Will be filing a complaint with AGLC. Avoid at all costs and support other YYC craft breweries that stand behind there product.

Overall, I wasn't impress at all, they are way overrated. Black is beautiful line didn't got cleaned from the previous barrel (a kind of non-alcoholic root beer) and the beer had a weird taste of peppermint. I never had an experience like that before and I visited over 300 breweries..

I'll need to come back once they have a few more beers on tap. It's a warm and inviting space. Unisex washrooms with change tables. Plenty of games to play. No TVs! Awesome. Come to chat, not stare at a screen.
P	Priscila Garo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best brewery in Calgary. The place is different from the brewery's stereotype (hipster industrial type), and I love it. I've been to almost all breweries in the city, but this one I'll be back for sure. There was only one staff by the time I went, and i had no idea he was the owner, but was so nice and great talk. Plus, kudos for his wife as well. Amazing design and great taste. And, of course, the beer was awesome. Passion fruit sour was my favorite. And the playlist, and the comfy sofa. Lots of things that really impressed me. Congrats. S2

PLUS they are always coming up with creative and delicious new beers to try, so every time you visit you can try something brand new. This local business is a great example of the hard working, good people that make up the Calgary beer community.
