About OT Brewing Company
A Woman has many titles throughout her life but for Carrie there was one particular title she had in mind, and that was entrepreneur.
After working in various industries and in the middle of raising her young family, she was fueled by her entrepreneurial passion and the idea of OT was born.
With her husband working overseas, she knew this could bring her family together. So with the unbelievable help and support of her husband and a little time, OT opened its door in the summer of 2018.
The names of the beers came from the idea of activity and adventure. Each beer has a different theme to it - from organized sports such as hockey to rock climbing and cave exploring, each beer tries to capture the excitement of that activity.
We wanted people to come together in whatever adventure they are in and enjoy a great craft beer with the people they love.
OT wants to enrich Alberta’s craft beer lovers with a variety of mouth-watering, high-quality craft brews. We unapologetically step out of the box with the beers we create to compliment life’s moments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally amazing place. They have great prices with some pretty good snacks. The beer is probably the best of the new breweries that have opened up recently. Get the Flagstick Hazy Pale Ale and you won’t be sorry!! The chilled Bartop is incredible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This brewery is AMAZING!! I celebrated my birthday here on the weekend and the owner and staff were so accommodating and friendly! We booked out the whole place and they were so easy to communicate with.
As for the beers, SO GOOD!! Great variety, something for everyone! Highly recommend the Cherry Cranberry Sour!
Definitely will be coming back here!!
