About Cold Garden Beverage Company
Cold Garden Beverage Company is a Calgary-based microbrewery. A love of craft beer and a passing comment in a university classroom planted the idea years ago and the concept has been growing ever since. The brewery has put down roots in the vibrant community of Inglewood, hoping to breathe new life into what was once the brewing district of Calgary. Cold Garden brings a casual and eclectic vibe to the community, along with a lineup of traditional and more...eccentric beers.
Update: It is now apparent we have succeeded in breathing new life into the original brewing district. With that popularity it is important we overtly express to new fans that we work very hard to provide a safe space for everyone. Our beer lineup is vast and varied because we think beer is for everyone and we have designed our space to be approachable for all. Our team will not tolerate comments from patrons that chisel away our efforts at providing a safe space to enjoy amazing bevies! We’ll see you soon :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long a favourite. Super inclusive, relaxed, come as you are kind of place. Dogs, babies, whatever! Always feel welcome here. Great spot to grab a well-priced pint and enjoy the massive outdoor space on a sunny day. Bring your own eats. Will always come back to support this place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly one of the best places to grab a beer in Calgary. Very friendly staff and the beer is awesome. My favourite one is the Cakeface Ale! Patio is awesome in summer and the inside bar area is very cozy in the colder months. I visit this place at least once a week now just because of how awesome the atmosphere is. Definitely recommend!

Service has always been great! Love the staff but tonight I watch the staff make sure all were safe! Tess and Lorna made absolutely sure that one of the patrons got home safe. To the point of ensuring they got into their safe ride home! As a father I appreciate how they both made sure that happened! Thank you both! Also they feature local artists! Please check it out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cold Garden is a great place for some cheap and cheerful beers. They have a large selection of seasonal beers along with their year round offerings. The bar is located at their distilling plant in Inglewood. They have both an indoor section with loads of artwork and memorabilia and an outdoor section with campfires and grass like carpet. The place is inviting to dogs which is great for some of my friends that have pets that they want to bring with them. Also the staff are great as well even supporting with setting up a camp fire for our group and with making great beer recommendations. I have been to Cold Garden several times and have always enjoyed my time here. Overall I recommend this place to everyone :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place in Calgary if you want drink beer and enjoy your time.
They have lots of tastes and the prices are decent. You may test before order or you can try a flight.
The place is cozy and warm, it's like the backyard of your grandpa's. The chairs and sofa came from everywhere, you can not even imagine, for instance you may sit on a bus chair.
Don't forget to visit the washroom, it's the coolest washroom you may see.
Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would have been very hard to not get a 5 star rating considering there is no kitchen and is the only pub in Calgary that allows your furry best friend into the establishment lol
But to be fair, the place has a vibe like no other. The staff know there stuff and are all a type of human being that other could strive for. Plenty of picnic tables, high tops and couches in doors and With outdoor heaters and fire pits (a load of wood runs $10) is sure to help take away winters bite!
Tons of art from local artists, literered all over the walls. Which, I believe everything on the walls are for sale. See all you DogMas and/or Paws for a locally micro-brewed beer!
