★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful things to say about this place. i was in yesterday to get a few chemicals for my hot tub, wasn't to sure what the problem was but I explained everything I could and they successfully diagnosed and solved my problem in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of advice or work done to their hot tubs. Thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were extremely disappointed with their service. 2014 had them come to open our pool. They gave us very poor service, the ph and chlorine were never balanced, when I would ask questions about certain things to do with our pool each staff member would give us a different reply, we were given misinformation about our pool and what it needed. When we would call to ask questions they acted impatient. We requested someone to come out and show us why the pool was unbalanced when they did come out they wouldn’t leave any information on what they attended to on each visit so we could even see that they had been there. They never sent an invoice but charged our visa 1200.00 when we inquired where the bill was the owner got upset with us and argued about petty things when we were simply interested to see a bill! We never had the service nor did our pool ever get to a point where we could swim in it, they were using bromine tablets in a chorine pool and had no dispenser which may have been the reason that the chemicals were never balanced.

They help you understand what is going on so you are empowered to make the best decisions. They are very genuine and I never feel like I am being "sold to". They are very knowledgeable in the pool and hot tub industry and the customer service is great can ask for anything better. I believe we've had it for almost 2 years now and use it you're around we just turn the temperature down for the summer and it's like a warm bath tub. Thanks soo much Lynn & Brad

It’s kind of strange, but they feel like family, as they always recognize you, call you by name, and are just good decent people. I highly recommend them for all your pool and spa needs
