★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a service engineer to visit to get the hot tub we inherited, with our new house, up to speed. We had an engineer with us within 48 hours and Craig was absolutely superb.
He brought the water quality up to the correct levels and then clearly explained how and what to use to keep it running well. He even adjusted the cover in the freezing cold snow for us. Highly recommended.

She had us try a pool in the showroom and we were so impressed with the underwater treadmill that we ended up selecting a model that included that feature. Shauna also helped us save money as she informed us when the hot tub we selected went on sale. When we needed service or help, the staff was always quick to respond. Rocky Mountain pool and Spas showed us superb hospitality and service.

Craig was amazing. Night and day service level compared to the other guys. We will only use Craig going forward. If Google would allow me to give him 6 stars, I would!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris from Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas has fixed our tub twice now. Both times I appreciated his cheerful attitude. He was prompt and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes. Very informative, he answered all my questions about maintenance not even related to the repair call.

We preach customer experience and learn from other industries, While our initial visit to the showroom was quick, all of Sarah’s follow up was professional and informative. She never pressured us at all, but continued to check in with us until we were ready to purchase. Yesterday our new spa was delivered. We chose to install it ourselves with our own electrician. After a day of tinkering we could not get the spa to work and through trouble shooting we determined that the 30 amp breaker that came with the spa was faulty. My husband called the emergency line and was connected with Wemby Arifin who immediately drove over, determined what we needed, went back to the warehouse to get the right part, returned and completed the spa setup after 5:00 on a weekend. He did not leave until he was satisfied that everything was working properly. We are so impressed with every aspect of our purchase and so thankful we chose to buy with Rocky Mountain Spas.

In fact, we have consistently had excellent service from all at Rocky Mountain since purchasing our hot tub in 2020. The salespeople, service department, and all staff have consistently provided excellent information and honest options from purchase onwards. Highly recommend this family owned small business!
