Terms of Service

We require CASH or etransfer on delivery, sorry No Cheques. We will take your Visa or MC number at the time of booking to secure your order.

We require a cancellation deposit at the time of booking. We take a Visa or MC number for the cancellation deposit. You may cancel your booking at any time prior to one week of the event date without any charge.

If you cancel within 14 days prior to your event and provided we do not rent the tub out, we have to charge you 50% of your rental charge as a late cancellation fee. Rentals in the month of December are prepaid and non-refundable.

We will keep the credit card number on hand for a damage deposit. Providing no damage is done we don’t put anything through on your credit card and we take cash only upon drop off of the tub.

All you need is to take in your water hose the night before and have water ready to go for us when we get there.
We’ll call you the night before to confirm and remind you about the hose and so you can have the money ready too.
During the winter, be sure to bring the hose in to prevent freezing.

J	J Rafuse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a 6 person soft tub to rent for two months. Sadly never did get to enjoy it.Day of delivery everyone was pleasant to deal with and communicated clearly. However, the tub was super underwhelming. Clocking just under $1000 I couldn't see us going through with the term so we asked if we could do one month, to which they nicely agreed. This was still going to cost $500 for one month of a small soft tub. This October has been cold and with -10 degree weather already and no other insulation or surface provided I really had doubts it would retain a luxurious heat. I could have been wrong but we never got to find out because right after this negotiation we were told we had heavy iron levels in our water and that they couldn't rent it to us and would have to empty the tub out. Weird. My husband is a water technician by trade so after they packed up and left we tested it and zero iron pp from new hose used or from the hook-up. So what happened there? Not really sure. We weren't charged cancellation that less than two weeks would be $250 or anything for the trouble but all in all it was strange. We let them know it wasn't our water supply. Never heard back. What we hoped would have been a fun relaxing winter was a letdown but maybe blessing in disguise.

Ralph and his team are really easy to work with. The team that dropped off the tub were professional and friendly and explained the process really well. I will say initially I was a bit underwhelmed by the tub but once we started using it we found that it was great for the kids and more than enough for us adults to enjoy as well.
