★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner lost my items and refused to take responsibility for it. He claimed he must have given them away and almost gave me another persons items too. He was rude, ignorant and inconsiderate when I asked for a refund on the items lost/stolen. One article was brand new! He did not give me my money back. I would like to warn everyone DO NOT GO HERE. The customer service is terrible and you’ll lose money. I would like to ask anyone he has done wrong to join me in submitting a claim to the better business bureau.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Former head sr. Harry Rosen tailor. He is one of, if not the best in Canada. Only one I trust with all my items and I take everything here. Particularly ultra high end items: Tom Ford, Brunello etc. Lucky to have him in Calgary. Thank you for all the years.

The first item of clothing I ever brought him was a coat that was too big for me, and he was able to alter it to fit perfectly, Your level of quality work remains unprecedented thanks a lot.
