RnR Hot Tubs and Spas - Calgary

This is our first Hot Tub and the experience was fantastic! They spent the time to educate us, help us decide what was best for us, and delivered on their promises. From our first meeting to delivery everything was great!!! We love it. And I would highly recommend RnR Hot Tub and Spas Thank you

We are first time spa owners and did a lot of research before deciding what spa to purchase. We had some friends recommend RnR due to the quality of their spa and the exceptional service they received. We went to RnR and spoke with Gary and I was immediately blown away by his honesty and knowledge of this their products and manufacturing and maintenance of any hot tub. Gary was the nicest and most knowledgeable individual we spoke to at any of the numerous dealers in Calgary. Spending time in the store and walking through the product lines and seeing the construction and quality of the spas, we knew if we were to buy one it would be from RnR. I brought my wife in to look and she was treated with the same respect and truly felt like we were part of the family. After receiving the level of customer service we did, it was easy to decide to purchase a Vita Spa from RnR. Any business in the retail industry should take note of the level of professionalism at RnR. It was truly an enjoyable experience. As the tub was being manufactured and delivered, Kim kept us informed and made sure we had everything we needed and were well prepared for the delivery and set up. Again, Kim was so friendly and easy to work with and walked us through everything. We had a site inspection from John and he followed up with an immediate phone call to walk us through the delivery and confirmed we had everything ready. Once again he was super friendly like everyone we talked to at RnR. When the spa arrived, we attended "Spa School" with Gary to educate us on everything around chemicals and simple maintenance to keep our spa in great condition so we can enjoy it for many, many years. The spa school was amazing as we were first time spa owners but I would also highly recommend it for any long time spa owners as well. The spa was delivered as scheduled and the crew that delivered and set up the spa were also super friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They made you feel like family as well and went above and beyond. They were fast and efficient and left the yard and spa spotless. They tested everything and ensured nothing was missed and walked us through everything we needed to know about the use of the spa, controls and simple maintenance tips. We definitely recommend RnR and will not shop anywhere else. In fact we have friends that purchased one a few months back after listening to our experience. When they went in and talked to Kim, they immediately changed from another spa and made their purchase at RnR. Easily the best experience we have ever had making a purchase of any kind. Love my hot tub and thankful to the entire team. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable and explained the process of chemicals. The Spa School is a must if one has never had a hot tub before. Any questions were answered patiently. I would definitely recommend RnR Hot Tubs.

The customer service I received from John and Kim was incredible. From installation, to tub care, and customer support. One of the best experiences I’ve had when purchasing a valuable product that you are hoping to have and use for decades. Since they also do repairs on hot tubs that weren’t purchased from them, their knowledge of all hot tub lines was amazing. Thank you both so much!!!

I wish I could visit this store in person...I found this store by doing Google search on the spa chemicals that I'm currently using. My local store in Ottawa, Ontario charges a lot more per bottle. RnR's pricing on the Aqua chemicals and Spa Marval is very competitive and shipping is included if shipment is over 10 kgs. I also love the spa scoop and Zorbie I purchased from RnR, both help me maintain my spa water. (That spa scoop is very handy as I got bugs land in my spa all the time...this is a must have for me). Shipping is fast too. I will definitely buy from RnR again.

My fiance and I were out on our first hot tub shopping trip and are very glad we visited. From the minute we walked in Daryl was super helpful in explaining their hot tub systems, which are very impressive. We were unsure about whether the space we had would accommodate the tub were were looking at, and the owner of the company took time that same day on the weekend to check out our spot and give us some installation time and more info. Kim at the office has also been great to deal with so far as we are working out our budget and timing. Really recommending stopping by here if you are on the hunt for a new hot tub and want to deal with a team that really cares.

Great customer service. I bought my hot tub from RnR, as a relative of mine has been dealing with them for years and loves the service. I ended up getting a way better hot tub for cheaper than the other guys were selling. And I have peace of mind, as I know RnR will fix any issues I may have. I love dealing with local companies that give good service.

This was my first time buying a hot tub. RnR, and in particular Gary Fox, was able to answer all of my questions and recommend the perfect Hot Tub. I went to several stores and the Home Show, but RnR was by far the best. When i narrowed my search down i was able to do a wet test at the shop. The wet test helped me understand the different builds and options, i was able to test the lights and sound system with the jets running. Gary was quick to follow up after my first visit and provide useful info and links. Gary was able to understand and relate to the space i have and what i was looking for. The experience was great! I highly would recommend to anybody looking for a hot tub to speak to Gary Fox and check out RnR Hot Tubs and Spas.
