We needed a big repair on our aging tub this week and the repair tech that came out (Kelvin) kept us in the loop as he was headed out and was so polite and efficient. 5 stars!!

We didn’t know what to do with it, as it took up a lot of room and removing it would be incredibly difficult. Someone recommended that we give Mark at MDH a call and see what our options were. With unfailing patience and optimism, including sourcing a 30-year-old part that was crucial, MDH got our old beauty up and running just in time for the cold snap. We highly recommend Mark and his team, who were so kind and so knowledgeable! It’s currently -30 out, and we’re watching hockey in our hot tub! Thank you, MDH!

I ordered an H2O Spa through Marc at MDH Services. Marc is extremely knowledgeable and was always available to answers all my questions. The installation crew was also fantastic, efficient, polite and knowledgeable as well. With my startup package I received clear start up instructions from one of the crew member, which was extremely appreciated considering this was my first Tub.
Amazing after sale support as well - I had the Tub for over a month now and Marc called me multiple times to make sure all was good and answer any questions a may have.
I would definitely recommend MDH Services.
