★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KARREN Old lady whith white hair wouldn't release her name she was disappointed that I showed up and asked for Sawzall blades. With her nasty attitude she shouldn't work In customer service. Audrey was a sweetheart and finished helping me with the blades, all is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off my black and decker drill here about two weeks ago. Called to get an update and Audrey was amazing. She told me they're working with the manufacturer and gave me a full rundown on what is going on. I understand that working within manufacturers warranties can be difficult at times, especially when they don't have the part anymore, so I was very appreciative that they're doing their best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gals at front desk were excellent. Band saw repair - ordered switch, didn’t work. Was quoted $200+ to swap board, declined took home, opened up and fixed bad solder to battery terminal. Works perfect now. They didn’t charge to diagnose but technician should have been able to properly diagnose if they looked hard enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, was promised a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks... got my saw back 3 month later and only after I started emailing daily asking for updates. Requested a repair order to see what if anything they actually did but it seems they have stopped responding completely. Avoid this place at all costs...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole experience dealing with this place was a nightmare.
I first reached out in mid-January to enquire about sending my chainsaw and was told 4-6weeks.
I reached out after 8 weeks without any news, when I was told warranty had been approved and parts ordered (which would have been nice to know without needing to ask).
Then I was told on April 5 that it had to be sent away for further repairing (at this point, over 11 weeks since they had it).
I also asked for a summary of the work multiple times and my partner requested a copy of the repair order multiple times, but we still do not know what they did.
I'm glad to have my chainsaw and repaired under warranty, but I will replace the whole chainsaw before I deal with this place again.
