I had water issues at my house and these guys did everything in their power to help me resolve my issues quickly and affordably. I have never received customer service like I did here, I can't say enough good things about Liam and Ryan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a skid steer, they are fast to get back to you with a quote. Ryan was the sales representative I had. He was great, we had a few hiccups. But he solved the problems with talking to me and did everything he could to make me satisfied. Really appreciated the customer service and they all worked together. The think about the customer. I really have to say that Ralph the delivery man is amazing, polite, and awesome customer service. He does what ever he can for the customer. A bolt got loose from the vibration and fell out on the first one he brought me. Ralph brought a smaller one, but he wanted me to have the one I had. So he went out of his way to get it going for me. He's not the mechanic, but he looked at it and solved the problem. He could have just dropped off the little one and took off with the bigger one. But no and to me that is the best customer service ever. Because the care about you. I would recommend anyone to rent equipment from them, if you want to be treated like you should be.
