The team at Hot Water LeisureScapes have years of experience in hot tub installation, swim spa deliveries and pool building; our installation team has many years worth of satisfied happy clients that are happy to be in hot water with us! We are a family owned and operated business since 2002 and believe that good business means building great relationships.
Hot Water LeisureScapes carries pool and spa chemicals (BioGuard, SpaGuard and Natural Chemistry), parts and equipment (Filters, pumps, vacuums and more) and offers free water testing and computer diagnosis. Anything that we don't have in stock, we can usually get for you in just a few days. Our team offers maintenance, service work and renovations to your hot tub, swim spa and swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wanted to be treated well before, during and well after the sale, do not shop for a swim spa anywhere else. Sarah has a level of technical expertise that will help guide you through the swim spa selection process, orientation of how to use the swim spa for exercise and wellness, and how to take care of the water with ozone and low doses of spa care products. My wife and I love our 14' high powered swim spa from Hot Water Pools and Spas. The quality is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gotta say. These guys are amazing. The immense patience Sarah and her staff with me sets the bar too high. Had a problem with my hottub. Not only did the owner spend time with me on the phone to help diagnose the issue, they came up with multiple options for the part to replace. They explained how to do the fix, and followed up to make sure I was happy. I recommend Hot Water Pools to everyone I know who needs a hot tub, or the products needed to keep their hottub running smoothly. I've literally never had service like this from a hottub place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible to us every step of the way with our swim spa. From first visit to answering questions when we compared models from other stores, to our exciting delivery day!! Even with the crane hiccup on delivery day, not once did we feel pressure or as if we were being treated with anything but fairness and honesty. Swimming in the infinity edge is just the absolute best experience. This is a large investment for us in our new home, we picked the right store, Ryan and his team go above and beyond with customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't be happier! Great selection of Hot Tubs, and very diverse products to buy to help maintain the tub as well. Staff are quite friendly and know their products. Me and my Husband are new to this Hot Tub world and have tons of questions, but they have always been patient with us and answer quickly as well. Whenever we needed help they were always able to send out a technician in a reasonable time frame to review what the problem was. They also test the water and gave us advice on how to correct it as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't remember the last time i received such outstanding customer service. Brian is as thorough and knowledgeable as is is helpful and pleasant. He helped save me time, money and also helped me avoid what would have otherwise been a lot of frustration, trial and error. He even remembered my first and last name from roughly 10 years ago when i had my tub serviced. If you want to deal with a store that takes the time to educate their patrons and give them all the guidance they need to make a prudent and informed decison (be it a new tub or service of an existing one) i would HIGHLY recommend Hot Water Pools & Spas!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this company was extraordinary! They deliver top notch service and their quality and pricing is unmatched. I’d been searching for a Swim Spa for little over a year and within minutes of talking to one of their Sales Representatives Chris, they had a deal. His knowledge, along with his exceptional customer service had won my business right out from underneath a competitor. Chris and his team went above and beyond. They guided and orchestrated the entire installation process which required numerous contractors from start to finish. The open communication throughout the 3 week process was fantastic. I received follow up emails to see how everything was going during and after the installation was completed! Both owners of the company; Ryan and Sarah were actively involved and in constant contact throughout the installation, for me this was very unexpected, which made me feel the need to share my experience with this company.
I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in need of advice on treatment for my hottub I bought privately, my niece told me to call or go into Hot Water LeisureScapes as they will treat you just like you bought a Hottub from them. She was not wrong Electra was very very helpful with all my question about treatment and what I should do. She even said to bring in a water sample and they could tell me what my hottub needed. Today I did take my sample into Electra in 5 mins she printed out what I needed to treat my hottub with. I got home did as she said and when I did a test strip it said everything was good. As well they have everything right there you may need for your hottub! Thanks again Electra and Hot Water LeisureScapes for all your help you guys are great!!!
