Annex Ale Project distinguishes itself with its modern, sleek and clean interior design, as well as its great variety of even greater beers. Make sure you go there with your appetite; the burgers from Lil Empire, the in-house food joint, are a must try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome. Awesome atmosphere. Loved the bench seating. Shared with a couple we didn't know and had a good time getting to know one another. The beer was awesome, especially their one-offs and seasonals. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This place has a great community feel and many people were popping in and out on their bike to get growler fills. Captures the Alberta craft beer spirit. Just great!

Not only do they make some stellar beers, they also give back whenever possible and use their platform to promote good. If you have yet to check them out be sure to get over to their taproom, grab a pint of Golden Ale and a Burger from Little Empire...you won't regret it.

The inside is set up so nice and cozy, the lighting is friendly and warm. It's not sure loud and it's just a great place to hang with friends!
