★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shortly into the new year of 2020 my husband and I started looking into getting hardwood for the main floor of our house. We are very thorough, looking into various products that are available, options for installation, customer service, as well as pricing. NuWay scores five stars in all areas. They beat out a long-standing Calgary competitor for pricing and negotiated successfully on our behalf with the distributor of the product we chose, as a price increase occurred as we were finalizing our decision. Shannon, one of their interior designers, developed a strong working relationship with us, listening to us and then coming to our home to know our style and then give suggestions of what she thought would work. Right as we were starting the work, COVID restrictions took effect. Despite this, we all worked together to make sure the job was done in a SAFE but still timely manner. VERY IMPRESSIVE. We couldn't be happier with the end product. Everyone who sees our floors and new baseboards are impressed with the quality and final look. There are still times, six months later, when I stop and look around and just feel so happy with the outcome. BRAVO NUWAY, and thanks to Shannon and the install teams.

Lindsay helped us to make everything as easy as possible when it came to selections. From tile to carpet, paint colours and window coverings she really helped us to create the feel we were going for. We had stopped by our house numerous times during the building process and had the pleasure of meeting some of Nu-ways installers whose attention to detail has not gone unnoticed. We get compliments on our flooring every time someone new comes to our home! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for true professionals.

They were actually willing to not order something because it may not arrive on time, rather than order it not tell me until later when it was late. I was willing to take the risk and it payed off, but their honesty is very appreciated!
Their selection of carpets and flooring is extensive, definitely something for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would recommend NuWay to anyone looking to update their floors. We updated the carpet throughout our house, had custom gym floor installed and had them re-finished the hardwood.
From start to finish, the team was helpful, patient and worked with us to ensure that we got just what we needed. They were super respectful of budget as well as our lifestyle and helped steer us in the right direction. The installers were efficient and worked longer hours than we thought, just to ensure that it was done properly without any mess.
All in all, it was a great process and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Called several places for estimates, most were outrageously high, reached out to Nu Way and we were pleasantly surprised. Ryan came out with several samples and explained everything to us, answering all of our questions. The booking, removal an installation was seamless ;) and the installers were very professional and courteous. New carpets look amazing and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Incredible value, great customer service, would highly recommend them!

We were able to bring the samples home and really get a feel for which floors would look best in our house. We were able to take our time and ask as many questions as we needed to.
