★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was under the impression that granite was virtually indestructible. That being said, the countertop they installed was damaged before it was even installed according to Frank, their installer, when he came by to fix it.
I first the noticed scratches and chips after my under cabinet lighting was installed. I emailed the sales person, Melissa, and she told me that it looked like the damage could be easily buffed out so we set up a time for her crew to come by. I was relieved however, this was short-lived. Frank told me that he would not be able to fix it and would only make it worse. He also said that it could not be replaced without possibly damaging my new sink/faucet, backsplash, cupboards and most likely flooring. I am stuck with their shoddy product and there is nothing to be done about it.
I had my contractor over and he said it wasn't polished enough before installation... GREAT! Steer very clear of this company and their products as they can't be trusted to ensure customer satisfaction let alone installation of an undamaged, finished product. Their own installer was embarrassed!
I would also like to know what happened to the beautiful pink swirl that was in the piece of granite that I chose. It was supposed to swirl around the corner from the sink to the stove (which is the reason why the cut was made where it was)...little bait and switch perhaps?

Their professionalism and dedication sets them apart from other companies we have used in the past. One of the main qualities you want from your trade contractors is how do they respond to challenges, especially when building a multi phase complex project like we did, I have to say that Flesher step up to the plate each and every time and provided solutions to any of our challenges and for that we will not hesitate to work with them again.

Their showroom is huge and they have a large selection but the truth is that their sales rep, Linda, really helped me figure out what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone and really appreciated the service!

rated compliment none the less, this is one of those rare times. Dealing with Flesher from the front end showroom, to our on site manager Kirk Fisher, the tear down and install was smooth and very professionaly completed. Kirk communicated with us and kept our expectations in line with a delivered high end product. Flesher has a great team working to satisfy and deliver on a finished product. They had a big job supplying a bathroom reno in our home and at all times we felt like Flesher was polished poised and professional in team when they worked for a solid end result. Special mention to Kirk for his manners and finishing touch on the small things. Its the attention to detail that put a smile on our faces. Communication was the key here and Kirk delivered. A Job very well done.
