Visited this location a few times and staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ultimately, we worked with Kim, and purchased some tile, she was quick to turnaround the order and very helpful. Would recommend!

Lots of selection and hard to find products for flooring, I liked the store and the staff. Courteous and professional, the way things are meant to be. She guided us through the entire process, even offering to come by and consult us on the best option aesthetically. The installation process was also seamless. We had a terrible experience with Inspiration flooring - largely related to the conduct of the salesperson we worked with. I will spare all the details but I found her to be very dishonest and unprofessional as we worked to solve a mismatched hardwood situation. The problem was ultimately solved after 4 months of back and forth and 2 claims to the hardwood manufacturer. The situation was handled very poorly and as a result I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Reply to your response: This is an interesting reply to this review. Your salesperson involved in this situation came over 1 evening at 6pm when she was late for our original appointment at 4pm. She was in our home only a handful of times over the 4 months where she spent her time arguing and scolding me. I would argue that she did not "show up", nor did your general manager who stated he would reply to my email about my experience after meeting with this salesperson and the owner. It has been months and I have never received an email back. This particular salesperson was dishonest to make a sale and then spent every meeting with us continuing to be dishonest and attempting to blame me in every way possible so she didn't have to be financially responsible. I would argue it was the hardwood manufacturer who "stepped up" and accepted the claim that ultimately resolved this issue. I am also unsure how the crews worked above and "beyond normal parameters". We had no concerns with the crews, which was communicated on several occasions but they simply did their job. We moved our furniture and made sure everything was out of their way so they could work efficiently. This could have been solved by a simple reply to my email and a private explanation to me for my very stressful, terrible experience with your dishonest, unprofessional salesperson - but instead you offer this reply to make me appear unreasonable. I spent almost 9000$ in your store and was beyond patient in working with your salesperson to solve this situation. It would have been nice to have been treated with some human decency along the way. Your reply just proves her dishonestly.

Kim and the team were so great to work with! Helpful, knowledgeable and all around awesome. Completely refreshing to have a company still offer great customer service. You will no be disappointed, highly recommend!

Inspiration Flooring helped us get back into our house for Christmas. Unfortunately, a major leak ruined much of our flooring a couple weeks before Christmas and insurance was unable to repair before the new year. We opted to find our own contractor and recieved a referral for Kim at Inspiration Flooring. Kim worked extremely quickly and efficiently to help us pick out floors and organize a speedy installation. She made the process easy and stress free. Installers were professional and clean and did a great job. We love the floors. Highly recommend!
