We live in a small apartment so we had moved all furniture/belongings to our kitchen for the carpet cleaning service. Loewen's cleaning machine exploded/sprayed dirty water all over our belongings and flooded our kitchen floor. The water damage ruined our record player and personal belongings. And they still tried to charge us for the service! Loewen used our own towels to dry up dirty water and left us a big mess to clean up afterwards. On top of the ruined items, we had to pull out our kitchen appliances to sanitize underneath as we could not get rid of the smell, even after sanitizing our cabinets, countertops, and floor multiple times. When I called head office to explain the damage, the woman actually snickered at me on the phone and told me 'I hope you enjoy cleaning, poor you, now you have to clean your house.' I could not believe the customer service! As Loewen did not rectify when I called, we hired another carpet cleaning company the next day to do the carpets properly and shampoo our discoloured chair cushions. Afterwards, we followed up with an email, photos and videos of the damage and still, we were not taken seriously nor did they take responsibility, even with the evidence. As my emails with the company were going nowhere, we did not think it was worth our time to deal with more pettiness as they did not want to pay for damaged items, even with the evidence (record player, entry mat, replacement carpet cleaning service, chair shampooing, etc) so we decided to post a review instead. Loewen still thinks they did us a favour, even after the hassle and stress dealing with their terrible service! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE.

Justin was prompt, friendly, very professional, and represented the business well. Atop all of that, the pricing was very fair for the services rendered. Should I need professional carpet cleaning again in the future, Loewen will absolutely be my first call. Great work.

I originally saw their ad on Groupon and called them for some details. They were knowledgeable and friendly from the start. Paige was wonderful to talk to over the phone and was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. We were booked in in a timely fashion and they called the morning of our appointment to confirm. They arrived exactly on time and were super friendly. Not only was the customer service second to none, but Andrea and Paige did a beautiful job on our carpets. They answered all of my questions and provided me information on the products they were using and the entire process. The pricing was more than fair and the end results were fantastic. I won’t hesitate to recommend their services to others and I will %100 be using them for future projects. Thanks for the great service!

If you're looking for a carpet cleaning service I can definitely say this is who you should book with. After having searched through a few businesses this was the most well priced and their work was also fantastic. You wont be disappointed!
J	Jessica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service! Technician upsold me on the enzyme for the upholstery cleaning to get marker and milk stains out from my toddler. The stains remained and the technician came out a second time and was defensive this time around. He offered to re-clean it, but didn’t know if it would help. He got angry when I deferred to his professional opinion, as I don’t do this for a living- and told me to deal with someone else. Ended up leaving angrily telling me that he drove all the way from COP for this. I thanked him for his time and called customer service. Paige went from being kind the first time around to being incredibly condescending using zero customer service skills to resolve the issue or offer another technician/ cleaning. She instead defended his poor behavior and put blame back on the client. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They don’t stand behind their work- read their contract- they eagerly point to it indicating no guarantees if you have any issue at all.
