★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dreadful experience. AK came to assess water damage and provide quote for the work.
First at all, when their employees came to clear the damage, they scratched my newly installed flooring with their equipment in a hallway. When pointed to AK , it of course was denied.
It took weeks and multiple calls to the insurance to finally receive the quote. At this point I already knew I would never want to see them again in my house.
All the personal belongings and furniture that had water damage was never recorded by AK nor advised to take photos when disposing and now, 6 month later they demand to come and view all those items.
I recommend anyone to stay away from that company. Absolutely terrible experience.
