Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We went in to purchase a linen bed set, all the employees were talking amongst each other at the front, not one single person asked if we needed help or even greeted us. After finally going to the front and asking one employee for help the reply was β€œno ones at the back?”. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Very glad we took our money elsewhere. This location needs to retrain their staff on basic customer care, especially when selling such high priced items.

Pottery Barn is a great place to find small gifts for anyone who likes a more rustic look to their interior decor, but their prices can easily jump out of the average buyer’s price range. It is fine if they have a big sale on throughout the store; which gives you a change to find some excellent pieces. They do a great job of theming the whole store for the season and there are plenty of great pieces tucked into every corner of this location.

Terrible Experience! Do not purchase from them I ordered wall sconces Nov 7 2021 and have only received part of the package of the metal holder and the glass portion never arrived . I have called constantly since then and have been passed around endlessly and told they would rectify the issue or that someone else would call me back… they never have. The most frustrating part is I have half my order in my house but I can’t even use them. Also they told me if I wanted to return the sconces I would have to pay for shipping , when it is their error … I just want the glass portion and no one seems to be able to figure it out and honestly I feel like the just do not care. Terrible customer service.

Beautiful items, not sure if all products are worth the cost. Overall very well organized and merchandise is inspiring with the complete look throughout. I appreciate the options to customize furniture finishes.

Please be careful before ordering anything from Pottery Barn, they may have been a bigger brand at one point but trust me you are better off going to a local furniture shop than Pottery Barn. We ordered our couch in July 2021 and were told that due to inventory issues our couch will take 4months and will be delivered in November 2021 and here I am writing this review after 7 months, still waiting for the couch. And to top it all, pottery barn has no clue on the progress of my order, shameful.

I have an outdoor sideboard which for the first 2 years looked amazing and this spring when I removed the protective cover the sideboard was a disaster. They say the sideboard has a 30 day warranty and they also send me the information that discoloration might occur. I was convinced I was buying quality because I was buying from Pottery Barn...ERROR!

While I have no issues with the product I received from Pottery Barn the customer service is atrocious both in store and by phone. We ordered quite a few pieces, totaling upwards of 5K. We were prepared to wait given the well known supply chain issues. However, one of our orders was "partially cancelled" due to a payment being declined. I called to resolve this matter and there wasn't an issue with payment, rather the chairs were still out of stock, so instead of just asking me to wait until they were available they decided to just cancel the order. I had to spend three phone calls with Customer Service to try and figure it out. After speaking to multiple CR representatives and a store associate I had to re-order the chairs. What a waste of time, especially because we were prepared to wait for them. When I called the store hoping to get a better response they promised the manager would call me back. I never heard from her. What a joke. Last time I drop that kind of Cash a Pottery Barn. Don't waste your time go somewhere where they appreciate you business.
