★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn't have all the things it used to have. The service is good but the product line is slim. This is not their fault. However I don't like the new blue out door sign because it makes it hard to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a lot bigger than you think! A wonderful store with a great variety of camping gear, clothing, climbing gear and even car tent setups. The staff is friendly and helpful - love they they don't badger you and follow you around, which gives you room to explore on your own. They have a good selection of gear including brands that most other outdoor stores don't carry. Bonus is that they're local also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to return an item. There was one person infront of me. I was waiting on the side. One lady who works there came and told me with an ordering tone "You should wait there" . I said where? She said "Right in the middle of that line". Not that I was blocking the other 100 customers. But besides that, there are better ways to tell it, especially to a customer. I am not impressed with the hospitality. How many stars would you give?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been here since before the name changed to Breathe Outdoors. I didn't use GPS to get me there since I thought I knew where it was. I had to circle the block once or twice as the entire outside of the store got a face-lift. It looks great, inside and out, but if you are expecting a green trimmed building and a big yellow sign to tell you where to turn, maybe double check your GPS.
Once inside, everything was very clean and well laid out. Staff where friendly and approachable with any questions I had and able to share their personal experiences on a range of different products I was looking for.
Prices are what you would expect from a premium outdoors store, however they seem to carry a wide range of brands and options that can suit various budgets.
Can't wait to go back.

They have incredibly caring and knowledgable staff who want to make sure that your experience is great and that you end up with the right product. Their selection is spot on and they do a great job bringing in the best offerings from all of my favourite brands. This store is not the least expensive option but every time I shop here I know I am making an investment into how I want the world to be. They are small, locally owned, invested in our community, and are using the money they collect from me to do the right things. Every time I make a purchase I leave happy knowing I am spent my money wisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was bright and clean. The staff were all very friendly. The range of products was exceptional and we enjoyed our shopping experience.
We came in to look at lightweight air mattresses and required assistance. Thomas helped us out and I have to say that he is an amazing representative for your company. Helpful, very knowledgeable, patient, and enjoyable to deal with, he went through the different products until we had all of the information we needed. Very impressed with that young man!
